Out of all Spanish Speaking countries Cubans probably speak the fastest so for them to be speaking slow like that and slurring I don't know man. La Cruz for instance, this video of him speaking is a little flattering as I've seen other interviews with him where it's way worse.
You hear Rigondeaux and Lara speak and they speak with no sign of punch-drunkenness at all. Now keep in mind that Rigo is from Santiago de Cuba from up in the mountains where it doesn't even sound like Spanish. Lara is from Guantanamo where they speak almost as bad as the Santiagueros. Now these two don't show a single sign of punch-drunkenness.
Neither does Toledo who is from Camaguay where La Cruz is from. Neither does Johanys Argilagos who is from the same province. I know people from Camaguay and I know how they speak.
Check this video of De La Cruz and he is only 26. It's pretty bad
Now here I am posting an interview with Johanys Argilagos who is also from Camaguay and actually speaks with an even worse accent where he is eating a lot of the letters from the words but he is not speaking slowly or slurring and this is right after a 5 round fight and he is very tired

I could be wrong though cause I've been around a lot of boxers and kids that box too and the majority is so dumb and slow. So it could be that they are very dumb or they are punch drunk as they are very slow when they speak especially Veitia and La Cruz. So many fights and gym wars, even though at the big stage they are barely getting hit, they've been hit enough, trust me.

Reckon Joyce will beat Dychko.
Dychko and Yoka are overrated IMO.
Joyce vs Hrgovic would be a class final
Interesting fella Joyce and he looks sturdy as hell (he'll probably get KTFO now I said that):

he is certainly a nightmare style to face though. his punches are slow but thudding, like old george foreman
i could see him being laid out by hrgovic but not dychko or yoka

Dychko and Yoka just look like big guys who have spent a few years in the gym imo. Like imitations of good boxers
