Kovalev looked beatable tonight, so there's hope Ward will not back out, but my prediction is:

That fight magically will not happen and you read press releases like

Ward and Kovalev BOTH agreed the fight will not happen now, but next year to make it bigger.. bla bla bla then you will know that Ward somehow found a way to pull out, so he gets more tuneups or even hopes that the fight will not happen, similar to Canelo.

        I agree.

That was a good win, Chilemba fought well.

And Kovalev is the man for donating his purse to Simakov's family.

What a legend, he hasn't been earning big paydays for that long.

Surprised that he isn't one of the most popular fighters in the sport.

I wouldn't bet my house on that if I was you.

He aint knocking Ward out, that fight will go to a decision.

Even on an off night, and not having trained as hard for an opponent he lacked respect for, and overeager in front of his home crowd, he still managed to beat up a top guy in his division who came prepared with nothing lo lose. He'll be ready for Ward, don't you haters worry!..

Good fight, I expected it to be tricky for Kovalev.

I don't think it means anything for the Ward fight because there is only one Isaac Chilemba and actually Kovalev is the first guy I have seen really beat him a opposed to being awarded disputed decisions.

There is also only one Andre Ward who is far better than Clilemba.

But when Ward went the distance with Barrera you were singing a different tune. Hypocrite.

You shouldn't waste your time getting destroyed with facts. I agree with you.
