Hypekin is totally unproven, and he has lied to you for FOUR YEARS...... and yet, you - in your wisdom - have decided that Ward is untrustworthy LMAO

Ward did not tell this HUGE porky.....

Loeffler said that Golovkin would have no problem fighting at a catchweight against Alvarez, who fought Lara in a 155-pound bout.

“We’ve always said that if there is a compelling fight, Gennady would move up or down, we’ve talked about moving up to 168 for Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. because that would be a pay-per-view fight and if it’s Canelo, then I’m sure that we could work out a catchweight if he wanted to work out a catchweight and if it’s in his best interest. So that would certainly be a pay-per-view fight,” said Loeffler.

“There wouldn’t be any issues for us to come down to fight Canelo. There would still be a title on the line for Gennady because he would be fighting under 160, so he would be able to defend the titles at 156 or whatever you have the weight be. But Gennady would be willing to come down in weight to fight Canelo. I wouldn’t say it would be at 154 but certainly, given that Canelo fought his last fight at 155, then you could say that Gennady would certainly be willing to come down in weight to make the Canelo fight.”
He never said he'd go to 155, he said he'd be willing to come down. Sounds like he was saying 157 would work, but when was this interview? Sergio, Cotto, and Canelo ducked for so long, GGG is 34 now, and can't cut weight as easily as he could have at 30. Canelo is a middleweight so I blame him for this, not GGG, as any non-hater would.

Also what about the racial bias issue? You still haven't addressed that. Are you going to cop to admitting it, keep ignoring the question so you don't have to lie, or just lie?

And also as said his manager Egis Klimas the last part of training wasn't very good either, because he had many factors which spoiled his training focus.
Can you link the interview or was this the post fight presser on youtube or something? Where can I watch it?

Anyway this deep into Kovalev's career, with this much experience, he should have this stuff figured out already. The Ward fight is only 5 months away, he should already be in good condition, not coming off the worst camp of his career. I guess 5 months is enough to get back in good condition but I hope they figure stuff out for Ward, otherwise boxing will be let down again.

      • Based on this performance I believe Andre Ward outboxes the Russian.

        • daggum That's odd because in Russia they'll let kovalev take whatever he wants.

Right, so why did he b1tch out by refusing to negotiate on the weight ?

What racial bias, you turd ?

CLOWN, I am a white New Zealander, of European descent..... and I have no bias for ANY race/country, including my own...... Nationalism is a disease, even worse than racism.....

You have NO idea what you are talking about clown, so don't try to pull the race-card on me b1tch, just because you have run out of weak excuses to defend Golovkin for lying to YOU.

Son, you look dumb-as-fk for crying to me and Canelo because Golovkin lied to you..... SMARTEN UP KID !

explain to me how " boxing will be let down again " if they don't "figure stuff out for Ward"..... ?

What EXACTLY did you mean by that, how will boxing be "let down" ?

Ward is the best in the world at finding out fighters flaws and no doubt in my mind will beat Kovalev by UD.
Yeah yeah all that sounds good but boxing matches arent fought on paper. Kovalev lands a right or left on the chin of the smaller Ward and all that stuff goes out the window. Ward can definitely out boxer Sergey but it won't be easy.

It was in different interviews in Russian.
Yes, I'm very much suprised too that he had such issues with camp.

Sounds like a lot of excuses. Emphasis on a lot. Anyway, he had a bad camp. Now it's time to focus on the main course.
