There's nothing called "under review". As has been said multiple times in this thread, fighters who have been caught in that past have been banned instantly, had their license taken away and also been unable to fight under other organizations (if they were British).

Dillian Whyte was banned instantly, so was Kid Galahad.

Tony Thompson the same, albeit only been made public when the ban was over.

If the Fury's were caught 15 months ago with steroids, the BBBofC would have instantly taken away both of their licenses, which obviously has not been the case.

Robert Smith was in Germany for the Klitschko fight and was paramount in getting the cheater Klitschko to remove the foam layer in the canvas.

Do you believe the doping commission delay announcements to benefit themselves in the event they are prevented so with gagging orders until all avenues have been exhausted by the guilty party. I just did a quick google search and it said some articles may have been looking for have been removed due to EU laws.

That's not really what they said though. The UKAD said they don't comment on such things. They did not confirm that there was a case underway. BBBofC to my knowledge hasn't commented yet.

Well, there's a difference between a ban being made public and a ban being given. A ban could easily be given to the Fury's without us knowing it, as we have seen with TT. But that ban would have taken place 15 months ago, and not now. Obviously. And since both have fought under the British license, there's no ban in place which makes it 99% sure that there's no case to be made.

I don't know. I don't think it's the doping agency's role to announce these things - As far as I understand it, they only discuss internally with the board and once the board accepts and gives a ban, the details will be made public on the doping agency's website. I think it's the same procedure either WADA or USADA follows too.

But I certainly don't think that the BBBofC would show any favouritism for Fury as they have shown a continuous bias against him for years on end. Fining him for whatever they could multiple times.
