It makes no sense. If they werent being investigated they would have debunked this in seconds with one press release. Caused a delay in you and I knowing it. They knew it and banned him straight away. I have already answered this. Fury could lead a legal battle to keep it underwraps. But he would still be banned, just like Thompson was.
