pacquiao was accused of steroids by floyd mayweather andhis fans. floyd would, of course, later get popped with a needle in his arm on the eve of the pacquiao fight.

fury is under investigation by UKAD and the british boxing comission becuase his samples had quan****** of nandrolone that the body can't produce naturally.

    significant distinction.

There is no "this time". It's obviously a false allegation as you can see directly with the Dillian Whyte, Kid Galahad and Tony Thompson cases. All of which were banned instantly.

So why is Fury not banned?

Why havent Fury/Hennessy/UKAD not said that there is no investigation and that its a made up story?

It makes no sense. If they werent being investigated they would have debunked this in seconds with one press release. Obviously we heard that they are 'baffled' and that Fury is a clean athlete (which you would expect them to say either way), but that isnt the same as saying there is no investigation.

Because Thompson put forth a legal defense which caused the delay. Of course its BS according to you, but what hinders Fury from following the same path?

UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) said in a statement that the delay in Thompson's failed drugs test being revealed was a consequence of the American's response to the charge.

They already said it was nonsense.

Caused a delay in you and I knowing it. They knew it and banned him straight away. I have already answered this. Fury could lead a legal battle to keep it underwraps. But he would still be banned, just like Thompson was.

So again, why has Fury fought and Hughie fought multiple times in Britain since March 2015?

              ?
              No, they didnt.

Hennessy put out a press release saying they were baffled and that they deny the allegations. They didnt deny the allegations were made.

Neither did UKAD who responded by saying that they dont comment on ongoing investigations. Which clearly suggests there is an ongoing investigation. If there wasnt then UKAD would just say there wasnt.

Seriously they could debunk the whole article with one press release, but they havent.

Fury also hasn't been banned or stripped of his titles yet.

                  Wonder why...

Because there is a legal process that must run its course before rendering judgement...like you and others have said innocent until proven guilty.
