ESPN article doesn't say anything about this being agreed on. Says "at the earliest". Basically Golden Boy said "uh.. ask us next year"

**** you Canelo, you deserve ALL the **** you get for this.
I'm from Guadalajara we don't **** around pfffft
Respect your roots and get burned, good luck having a fanbase in Mexico since you insulted the culture in the worst way.

Difference being Hopkins understood he was the B side and dropped a few pounds then dropped Oscar.

GGG is such a small MW but couldn't drop a few pounds to make the fight of his career.
Golovkin didn't have the option to drop a few pounds and make the fight.

Canelo never offered to fight him at any weight.

Fall of 2017 at the earliest lol what a joke.

Golovkin might as well get Canelo out of his mind. I'd look at Saunders or Eubank next followed by Jacobs. Thats two fights. If Canelo still isn't ready by then, peace the **** out to 168 for a big fight and retire at 36.

If writers kept it real, they would just come out and say they will start negotiations when GGG begins to show signs of aging and slippage.

With the Alvarez charade finally done, K2 is now ****ed, lol.

The WBA now has the greenlight to declare Daniel Jacobs the formal mandatory (with the timing of everything, Jacobs won't immediately push the case, instead fighting Sergio Mora to knock any rust off), and it'll come down to dueling wallets come the Winter.

The price to secure Billy Joe Saunders for a fight just went up too. So much for being this big star.

I have to commend you for trying to make Ward relevant again. He has an upcoming super tune-up fight. Maybe you can tell us about that.
