How viable is the PBC model?

Again, even a 'PBC Light' is STILL better positioned to provide big money fights on the ESPN platform than FNF was.Comment

Your idea of a big money fight is different from mine. 2 featherweights splitting 2.5 Million on basic cable is not necessarily a big money fight, considering that neither guy is a big draw outside of Southern California.
Regardless, that fight happened one year ago. Not a whole lot has happened since then. Although last week's bumfight between Freddie Hernandez and Angulo was somewhat entertaining.Comment

Could you please list all the 'big money fights' that FNF has presented in the past 5-10 years that is comparable to Santa Cruz/Mares as far as significance of the fight and talent level of the fighters involved.Your idea of a big money fight is different from mine. 2 featherweights splitting 2.5 Million on basic cable is not necessarily a big money fight, considering that neither guy is a big draw outside of Southern California.

Looks like the Guerrero fight had 507k viewers with a 0.15 in the 18-49 demo. For comparison in the same slot, UFC Fight Night had 1.9 million with a 0.8 in the 18-49 demo.
