I think he could but, I doubt the NASC would agree with any legal action along those lines. It seems they have accepted Floyd's statements.

nsac agreeing or not is not an issue....

nsac accepting floyd's statements after the fact and rejecting pac' request prior the fight reeks of bias.....

when all involved are called to shed light on what transpired, can nsac say no?

i think only lawyers will benefit on this matter....

mind you, were all bets for pac or for floyd placed after they signed the form?

were all ppvs, hotel reservations placed after they signed the form?

But he didn't say on that form that he was healthy then after the fight claim that he had a pre-existing injury.

the fact that floyd concealed his "dehydration" issue and the iv gate that was later covered by a belated tue were clear indicators that floyd did also lie about his condition before the fight....

for "the medical condition that warranted" the iv was not also indicated in the signed form....

if pac lied about an injury...same may be said of floyd....

if pac was denied the medication, floyd was able to rehydrate....

and given the belated tue.....

can pac claim floyd got undue advantages? were these advantages due to floyd being the A side?

Pacquiao planned to file an appeal to NSAC, but he dropped the idea. My only guess is that there was no solid proof of Mayweather doing anything wrong.

The NSAC can grant whatever they want, in violation of existing rules. I agree that rules are not applied consistently. They never will be.

On another note: let's see which convicted felons ***** pardons on his way out the door. Presidential pardons cannot be challenged. It is the chief executive's right to grant pardons. That being said, Floyd's TUE cannot really be challenged successfully. Good luck finding an attorney on a contingency basis to take them on.

pac's camp i believe did not pursue the appeal to nsac as nsac is expected to cover its own *ss over the issues/scandal....

rejecting a request to use a legal shot prior the fight and allowing a tue 3 weeks later for the other camp is fair?
