I heard the same rumor, GBP wanted some type of double header with Canelo vs Lemiuex and GGG vs ? To promote and make fight even bigger but GGG's team said no.... It's a perfect plan! Let canelo fight atleast 1 true middleweight before facing the beast known as GGG.

GGG has no problem selling tickets. His gates aren't as high as Canelo's but he can fill an arena. Why would K2 take a cut and put him on a golden boy card when they can make more money putting him in his own match? You're living in a bubble if you don't realize Canelo is the one whose reputation needs rebuilding, not GGG's. They lied to GGG twice and you really think they're going to help him sell PPV's? No. The worse his PPV's sales are the better the chance he'll fight GGG.
