I heard the same rumor, GBP wanted some type of double header with Canelo vs Lemiuex and GGG vs ? To promote and make fight even bigger but GGG's team said no.... It's a perfect plan! Let canelo fight atleast 1 true middleweight before facing the beast known as GGG.

The fight doesn't need anymore time. GB just wants to milk the ginger for all he's worth in the event he loses (not ready to say he does yet). The sad thing is this shows me their true faith in Canelo.

If Canelo fights and loses to GGG he doesn't have much else left to do except go back to 15r and fight the Charlo's of the world.

The public demanded Marquez -Pacquiao V but you weren't hearing any of that. Now you want to encourage Canelo who's clearly scared of the boogeyman. I want him to fight GGG also but don't be a hypocrite either.

He's fought him 4 times and iced his ass the last time let it go. There were just as many people saying a fifth fight is a waste. Theres NOBODY saying Canelo whipping on GGG is a waste.

Marquez is acting like this is about Oscar making the call for Canelo to vacate. If Ginger really wanted GGG, no way he would have vacated his title, only to try and reclaim it at a later date. Like Marquez said, the fighter is the boss.

You know why so mny boxers move up 2 and 3 divisions during their careers? Because most of them make a name for themselves by beating up on smaller opponents. It's not because they have "outgrown" the division so to speak or they are seeking tougher challenges, they simply can no longer cut the required 15-20 pounds needed to make the lower weights.

It's crazy that people who are able to maintain their weights and stay in a division for several years are now considered as cowards instead of disciplined. That's just how it is though but now you see the other side of the coin with the diva.

She's been beating up on smaller foes for years but is so massive, she can no longer make 154 and is afraid to fight people who are actually 1 weight class below where she should really be fighting (168). She so needs that weight advantage that she is pretending to be a 154 pound boxer even though she can't make that weight. Without a functional 15 pound weight advantage on fight night, she doesn't even feel confident enough to set foot in the ring.
