Yea but on a Management stand point you don't want him to become a 25 year old wash up fighter as you seen what happen to Vargas when he took that beating from Trinidad. It would be Kamikaze to fight GGG let Jacobs take the beating

The Legendary Mexican has spoken and we know he doesn't **** around!
Win or lose Canela would get big credit for taking on GGG but now that credit is slimming since it's obvious he doesn't want the fight.

The truth is Canelo wants to handicap GGG to 155 lbs. End of story.

He fought him 4 times, a little off. You clearly never followed him or you'd know that. To climb up for a paycheck is not the same as climbing up to get your @ss handed to you. To compare Floyd's fists to GGG's in insanity imbecile.l!

To call him a hypocrite for encouraging Canelo to fight GGG is ludicrous at best, total insanity at worst.

When you fight the best fighter of your era 4 times I wouldn't call that being hypocrite.

The 5th fight would have been nice but it just wasn't meant to be.

Instead, he said, here, I dont want the belt. You take it Gennady. Why would he suddenly say, Oh, I want Golovkin now after I just surrendered the title the other day?

Canelo needs to decide whether he wants to be a MW or a JMW. He has been fighting at this 155 limit for years now. To me it seems like hes ducking the best of both divisions. Time for Alvarez to man up and take a stand as either a MW or JMW.
                  this is right!

So tired of hearing bs plans & theories. Since when do you need to build up a fight when you're the guy selling the most PPV's in boxing vs the top guy for you to fight who's f#cking 34 years old & has been avoided by more high caliber guys than probably anyone of this era so there name doesn't build up his resume. If half these momos who avoided GGG had fought him GGG would probably be bigger than Canelo today. GGG would be talking about the Canelo fight needs to marinate & be more correct than Oscar & Canelo today.

The truth is they both want the most leverage in what will be a high profile and career impacting fight.

Fact: ggg is best at 160 right now and Canelo is best 155.

Fact: good representation it's not conceding advantages for ur fighter. Hence a process of negotiations as opposed to just singing on the dotted line for millions. This fight will be career impacting for both, negotiations will be slow and calculated on both sides.

Fact: jmm was a great fighter, but probably not the best guy for business advice.

Its funny, some of u were criticizing him for what he did with Kahn and now ur criticizing him for not being kahn?

By no means am I on Canelo's jock, I call 65/35 ggg if they fight today. But next may it will probably be more like 55/45 ggg if things go accordingly.

If rumors hold, this kid could be 26, just entering his prime, and have already fought, lara, mayweather, cotto, pac and triple ggg by this time next year and u guys will still cry that he ducks and hasn't fought anyone.

Btw, his last 4 fights, lara, kirkland, Cotto and kahn.....not a bad 4 fight stretch for a money milking ducking bum.
