Burden of Proof (definition): the imperative on a party to produce the evidence that will shift the conclusion away from the default position to one's own position.
What is the default position? It must be that he was dehydrated because that is why he was allowed the IV.
Now, go and shift that position. Pacquaio's legal team couldn't do it. Let's see what you got.
We're not in a court of law, stop being so defensive.
I'm merely asking for your OPINION as a boxing fan.
Ha!
Seriously.
All I want to know, is why you personally think that he was in fact dehydrated to the point where he needed an IV?
How difficult is that?
I've said "I think it's illogical because...."
Now it's your turn.
This is not NASA, it's BS.com.
If speaks volumes that you won't even offer your opinion.

You are completely unable to answer a simple question. But don't worry, because by not answering, you have actually answered me.
You obviously don't buy that he was dehydrated, but he's your boy so you don't want to throw him to the wolves.
You'll defend him at all costs, and will just answer questions with questions.
Cool.

A year later and the pain of that loss still lingers around here. Amazing this is even being discussed. Floyd truly owns you guys.
A wasted post.

An easy question.
Give me your honest opinion.
It has always been said floyd was scared of the Pac man and I believe he may have **** his pants the day before.
Diarrhea, according to WADA code, is a condition that would justify the use of intrvaneous rehydration.
Shltty theory, but it's possible. Meets every guideline and code by WADA USADA AND NSAC.
I'll go with this story since none of the entire boxing community has access to medical records.
Question to you is why argue about the severity of the dehydration when you don't understand how it's treated or the rules in which it can be treated?Last edited by Dosumpthin; 05-16-2016, 12:29 PM.

Furthermore, I even provided you with a quotation about chronic dehydration just to play your little game. Look it up and learn some things.

You've had to resort to pulling me on a typo.
Ha!
I'm not even asking you to PROVE anything you clown.
I'm merely asking for your OPINION, an opinion that you refuse to give on a boxing forum.
What does that say about you?
This is how simple it is:
If you said to me "robertzimmerman, tell me why you think Floyd's actions look su****ious?"
I would reply with:
"Because of the following...."
I would answer you straight out.
Yet when I ask you to give me your opinion on why you think he was dehydrated, you refuse and get all defensive.
What's wrong with you?
I don't want concrete proof.
We're merely boxing fans on a forum, not lawyers in a court of law.
Just please tell me why you think that he was so dehydrated, that he required the IV?
Now if you can't or won't answer, then please refrain from replying to me.
Thank you.Last edited by robertzimmerman; 05-16-2016, 12:44 PM.
