Lara has never impressed me and i dont get why people want to see him get his **** pushed in by GGG. Its a pointless fight against someone who doesnt even fight at 160. So why all the hype over this guy?
Lara vs Canelo > Floyd vs Baldomir

Lets be real, you are just trying to validate yourself with GGG's fans....

One thing for sure, Lara is at least a top 5 name opponent within 154-160. Given how much people trash him and how poor his skills are, fighters should be using Lara as a resume builder then. Putting those easy B/C level name opponents like Lara in their resume. He can be crushed so easily, have his head knocked off into the stands, that Angulo knocked him down so can my fighter bull****, all that, etc. In reality, Lara is the 4th best name to have on your resume from 154-160, Canelo, Cotto, GGG being 3 better names.

How is he ranked #1 unanimously??? He hasnt even fought the top fighters there...he #1 by default because Floyd retired and Canelo moved up

I like Lara but this talk about GGG ducking him is ******ed. Gennady will knock him out: then the same people claiming Gennady ducked Lara will say "he was just a JMW doe"

To be fair Angulo pushed him and got a broken face for his troubles...Something the "hard hitting" Canelo couldn't do even though he didn't have to abide by a bull**** rehydration clause.

He beat Canelo, Trout and Floyd never mentioned his name once. If you wanna see him beat on the Charlo brothers go watch any of their sparring videos on youtube.

You'd think the Angulo knock downs were going to be a blessing in disguise. But no, all it did was give other fanbases a fantasy win over Lara and therefore their fighter does not have to fight him. When Angulo knocked Lara down, he gave many future fighters to come a TKO win over Lara. Amazing stuff.

Also, he is no longer a defensive fighter after that loss. He's easy to hit now.
