Lara should be undefeated he beat Williams and Canelo.
Why is Lara so overrated on here?

Lara's a good fighter. I would like to see him with Golovkin.
Attacking his record is ridiculous when he finds it so hard to get guys to fight him. He has one robbery loss on his record and one razor thin loss. Clearly a world class fighter.Comment

The only fighter that Lara had to actually confront was Canelo. I'm not saying people are lining up to face him nor am I fluent in who has ducked Lara, but the only notable guy he didn't get to face from that late 2000-early 2010 class was Kirkland. Lara needs to start knocking off the up-and-comers like Charlos/Andrade.Comment

Because he called out GGG so the GGG haters of whom there are many love Lara. The likelihood that GGG would crush him never occurs to them. They just dream of the day GGG loses to Ward or Lara so they can say he never was any good. Actually Lara is a very good fighter just not as good as some think. They sweep his losses and poor performances under the rug but they don't go away. Canelo edged him out prime against prime. Molina held him to a draw and so did Vanes. Slow crude Angulo dropped him twice so imagine what GGG would do to him.Comment

So what I get from this thread is Floyd and ggg ducked Lara. Lara is the best at 154 but haven't fought the best of 154. Since he's the "best" of 154 he's the best opponent on ggg resume. Oh and Lara is undefeated. I think I got it all down right?Comment

cause before canelo beat his ass people actually thought he was the main dude at 154, but all these dudes didnt watch the vanes fight, or the hernandez fight, or the molina fight, so you can basically chalk it up to them just not being very well versed on the actual fights and how they played out for lara all they know is the w or L column boxrec shows them.Comment
