I absolutely love Spence, but why the double standard?

BS. Saunders, Ward, Canelo and Eubank Jr. have all said they'd fight GGG - but they have conditions. GGG turned them all down.

Ward's condition is easy - a purse split. GGG's team is misdirecting him.

As I and others have said. GGG NEEDS big names. He's not getting younger. He doesn't have the luxury of constantly turning down money fights. He has to take risks to be considered somebody. "Prospect's resume" is a good way to describe it - and that's a shame, because he does seem like he could be a good fighter.

GGG's job is an easy one. Fight Canelo at Caneloweight. Stop *****ing and moaning about weight class. Beat him at his own game, BECOME that star then you can change/correct the game.

Floyd beat Oscar at Oscarweight and it made his career. I'm sure GGG can do anything Floyd can do...right?

Huge age difference is the main difference, I could stop it right there but let me elaborate. Nobody (nobody is relative, i'll explain below) cares about a mid 30s boxer dispatching of an Algieri-level fighter easily, over and over and over again.

A 26 year old however, who some people were curious about how he would look against an Algieri-level fighter, taking on his first test, is a whole different story.

Get used to it. The more Spence grows and beats higher level opponents, the more praise he will get, because he is YOUNG, not 34 years old.

And please stop making GGG out to be a victim. He is ranked as #2 P4P by ESPN, #3 P4P by Ring, #5 P4P by TBRB, #1 ranked MW by Ring, and finally absurdly ranked 1 of 25 of the best fighters in the last 25 years. So stop acting like this, please.

The Ward callout is completely irrelevant. He fought recently for the first time in what seemed like ages. Anyone who takes a non-active fighter's side on wanting a smaller man to move up for him and give up all advantages is silly. People want GGG to fight Ward but we can't even get Ward to face someone in his own weight class without "tune ups"....not that I didagree though..but yeah. Stop, please. Ward and GGG was never going to happen. Ever. We can go back and forth for ever "oh but GGG said he'd fight at 168" or "oh GGG needs to test himself and move UP to 68 (contradiction...) ", "on but GGG has never been at 168 and Ward has fought at both 160 and light heavy!" Every excuse is ******ed. GGG is too small. Ward is too big. They've always been at LEAST 8 pounds away with only Ward having cleared his division.

Spence is an up and comer in his weight division. GGG is the best in his. But there is that bit of double standard... Geale, Lemieux, Martin are SIGNIFICANTLY better at MW than Algieri is..well...anywhere. GGG only gets called a hype job by insecure Ward fans. Not sure why, since Ward is an amazing talent in a different division but it happens. The psycho GGG fans act like GGG already beat every great fighter to ever exist also.
You are a psycho Golovkin fan. Golovkin is 34 and never fought a top 60 p4p fighter.

If spence just keeps beating up guys he's clearly better than instead of taking on top 3 guys, people will start calling him a hype job as well.
Who exactly is GGG supposed to fight? Canelo is ducking him. Ward is two weight classes above him.

A lot of the people on here aren't boxing fans. They can rarely hold a real discussion about a fight. Look how many of them reacted to the Spence win by starting threads saying he beats Pacquiao. Like I said, they are bored shit posters. They're not real fans.

In order for there to be a double standard, the standard being used to compare the two subjects has to be based on some sort of equality in regards to resume, time as a pro, etc.

This is not the case here in all instances named, as others have pointed out.

                      Is that a serious question?

Are you requesting someone name the list of opponents available for him to fight?
