Now I don't have any data to back it up, but I'm pretty sure that Lil' A would've gotten the biggest purse of his career if he dared to be great, went to HW and fought Klitschko like he said he would.

We need to move on from this fight. It's not happening and I think I prefer Ward-Kovalev anyway. Both are far more proven.

so what you are asying is that Groves was a bigger star back when he fought Froch than GGG is today.

so lets remove Froch from the equation and ask ourselves... can Groves Sell out like golovkin Can, can he even do PPVs like Golovkin can? you keep forgetting that it was Froch who was the attraction, Groves made it interesting with his **** talking but he wasn't a bigger star than GGG is and that is a fact... just take a look at everything outside of the 2nd Froch fight and tell me when did Groves do better than GGG does now?

give me some hard facts, shut me up.

Let's not exaggerate. He says he wants to fight for a HW title because it was his lifelong dream but it has to be "the right opponent". A 6'4 type of guy like Roy did with John Ruiz.

He said he has the confidence to beat a Klitchko because as a fighter, you have to be wired to believe that. How can anyone knock a dude for that? If Canelo had that level of confidence you would be getting the fight you want and not having to defend GGG in 12 separate threads.

            That was my point too.

So, is it your argument that Bumlovkin is a bigger draw *in the UK* than Groves is? Is that what you're trying to sell us?

Yea. He's claiming GGG is a bigger star in the UK now than Groves was when he fought Froch the second time. I keep asking him what is he basing that on but he keeps giving me his opinion instead of numbers.

selective reading much? where did i claim that?

i claim that GGG is a bigger star period than Groves... if the fight did take place in the UK between Froch and Golovkin then Golovkin will produce as good a result if not better than groves did financially.

How well does Groves sell in the UK outside of Froch? that's what i thought... now shut up and crawl into your biased hole.

                      That's the only appropriate response.
