difference between unexpected and random is that unexpected is not expected, anticipated or foreseen while random is having unpredictable outcomes and, in the ideal case, all outcomes equally probable; resulting from such selection; lacking statistical correlation.

    from USADA themselves

"Also, USADA does not conduct “random” testing. Rather, in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) International Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI), testing is carried out pursuant to a strategic testing plan to maximize deterrence and detection. "

for genius floyd fans it was random because it is unexpected from the boxer side LOL

Why did Floyd asked for USADA Floyd style random drug test?

genius floyd fans- because NSAC does not do random drug testing, and random means strategic testing plan and the tester come unexpectedly LOL

genius floyd fans and their logic.

    you are so easy.

      EDIT: Just so you know:
Chronic: Its an existing medical condition that the individual has had for a while.
Acute: Recent/current medical condition. So next time say that Floyd had an "acute" medical condition.
See I'm not a bad guy after all .... I just differ in opinions.

Still thinking that Floyd required an IV? Floyd did everything possible to drag out giving that sample just like he has done in the past. There must have been a reason for that. Then that gave enough opportunity to rehydrate himself orally. We saw him do that too.

If he had just finished doing a 200km+ bike ride or a marathon MAYBE but that is not what happened. That day's schedule was to go get weighed in, do a few interviews, head back home, relax, eat, drink, then rest or take in a snooze, eat, drink a bit then sleep until the next day.

I have done those type of bike rides. Often I check my weight before and after. I see the difference in weight lost. NEVER was my weight the same! That meant that I lost lots of fluids even though I was drinking and eating to keep myself hydrated and have energy for the ride.

Floyd was 146 at the weigh in then drank and drank. No IV was required.

      .
I asked for USADA's definition. Of course I know what the words mean per se. How long does it have to last for it to be considered chronic? How severe should it be for it to be considered acute? Does it mean he would have to be rushed to a hospital? Does it simply mean his performance would be greatly diminished? Does it mean something in between that? Does it simply mean the physician on hand will check him out and make a recommendation based on his condition?

AND DON'T TELL ME YOU HAVE NO HONOR. WE AGREED TO GO QUESTION FOR QUESTION. YOU HAVE NOW AVOIDED ANSWERING MY QUESTION TWICE. THIS IS LIKE ARUM CLAIMING HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH MAYWEATHER. YOU KNOW WHERE MY QUESTION IS. WHY ARE YOU AVOIDING IT?

All you are about is ******ed word games , he said she said and whatever spin you can put on it , who gives a fck what your dictionary meaning of the word random is , we all know how it applies to boxing and testing , your rambling BS is all conspiracy theory and word games nothing but gibberish .

If a fighter doesnt know when he is going to be tested and the testers could turn up any time of the night or day then thats fine with me and in conversation with anyone I would describe that set up as random testing .
I dont think anybody cares a fck what you think it means in the context of extra testing in boxing .

Come on bud. I responded to most of your questions and then some. If I didn't it was because it was lost in the mix of those back and forth posts and you know it. You have a question, I can will respond the best I can. We can even continue with the other points that we never managed to get to. No problem.

Chronic: So before you said you didn't know and now you know. OK fine.

            How severe should it be?
Well, I would have ruled out Floyd just on the points that I made already.
Physician: What was your weight last week? 148
What's your weight now after the weigh in and drinking all that water? 146 + intake of fluids = 148? and you think you need an IV which is prohibited? Is this a joke?

We all saw it at the weigh in. Floyd fans thought he looked great and ready. Now they changed their mind. Got it.

Your other question should be, was there an alternative method that Floyd could have taken instead of doing something that was on the prohibited list? The answer is yes. If you check out Floyd's interview, he even admits to that.

Do I believe he was severely dehydrated? That would depend on what your definition of severely dehydrated is. If you mean that he would have to be rushed to the hospital without the IV, then I would say no, but I'd have to admit that I can't be certain.

USADA says it has to be an acute or chronic condition. I'm not sure of their definition of acute or chronic, so I'm left with no choice but to believe he has to fit into one of these categories because:
                1. He was chugging water like a madman, as would be expected of someone who is dehydrated (thanks for showing the video evidence).
                2. A physician gave him an IV.
                3. USADA approved of the IV and granted the TUE.

It's very simple. They have the medical records and they acted. No one is questioning it at this point. Pacquaio's side doesn't even mention it anymore.

                Got it?

Question: It's clear that you believe he was masking PED use. If that is true, how do you explain him giving a partial urine sample from BEFORE the IV to the same DCO that took the sample from after the IV and all tests coming out negative?

You're telling me that in my post which was right after we agreed to go question for question, which has the word "question" bolded, you somehow lost what the question was?

Come on man. You are seriously behaving like a coward. Don't tell me what my question should be. Answer the damn question that you agreed you would answer.

And can you please pay attention to what I wrote and turn off your spin techniques. You aren't fooling anyone. I said (this is my third time stating this I believe) what is USADA's definition of acute and chronic. I didn't ask for your expertise analysis based on you riding your tricycle on the weekend with a helmet.

Do you see my question now, or is it hard to find?
