Their lives were literally ruined by floyd's failure to show he's clean
You mean Floyd failing to convince the world his clean. Yeah it literally ruined fl0mos entire perception of a clean world. Now they have to live with the fact that the one fighter who wanted to clean the sport of boxing is actually the biggest cheating hypocrite of them all.
Is that more clear for you? Please come with something that makes some sense next time. You are embarrassing yourself. Should I repost your list of contradictions?
1.
ADP02: "travestyny, WHy are you STILL deflecting ......" travestyny Response: "Why did you just say I deflected .... I actually explained why I deflected"
So you are STILL admitting that you deflected!
2a. travestyny Response: Pacquaio has to disclose his injured shoulder (correction: non-injured shoulder/desire for toradol) to NSAC.
ADP02 Response:
Yet you fail to comprehend that Floyd had to disclose his on-going dehydrating medical condition to the NSAC?
Yet you fail to comprehend that Floyd had to disclose his use of an IV?
Yet you fail to comprehend that Floyd had to disclose that he injected vitamins into his body?
2b) travestyny Response: As for NSAC and USADA, they seem to have reconciled the issue, right? ADP02 Response: Is that all you can say about this(see below)? You had initially said that USADA didn't have to let the NSAC know. Now think about what you said (travestyny SQUIRMING).
In essence, what the NSAC is saying is, USADA has no right to approve a TUE in the state of Nevada. The NSAC has the sole authority to do so. Yet to you that meant, "They reconciled." NSAC is technically saying that Floyd was never approved since USADA has no right to do so in Nevada.
Secondly, according to NSAC, USADA did this all wrong and should be letting the NSAC know .... :
"“The TUE for Mayweather’s IV - and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time - was totally unacceptable. I’ve made it clear to Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did.”
3a) travestyny Response: "Yes, there was an issue with transparency. That is because... Pacquaio had an issue with transparency!!! lol. And he negotiated for more transparency. Can I be any more clear?" ADP02 Response: See, you are coming around. Initially you couldn't say this but now you are admitting that "Yes, there was an issue with transparency".
This is what Hauser explained and you called it BS. Now you are finally on our side!!!
You are correct in that Manny and his lawyers didn't think about Floyd premeditating what he did. Who could have thought that, really? Someone who for 5+ years saying they wanted a fair fight then the day before the fight, Floyd Mayweather was taking a prohibited method ....
b) travestyny Response: The code covers a TUE for a substance or method that will bring the boxer back to normal health. I'm sorry if you are trying to spin that to mean he can test positive and hide it. IT'S A BLATANT LIE BY YOU AND HAUSER. STOP IT!
ADP02 Response: You are the one spinning this. You keep on deflecting and expecting people to think that you are right. That is the funniest part of all of this. BUT KEEP ON DEFLECTING!!! I give you simple questions that you can't respond to. Without your response, how can people correlate to the BS that you just stated here?
4) travestyny Response: Dude, are you serious? He gave them millions of dollars and doesn't know when they are coming to collect? He also still has to beat the tests and mask PEDs. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT YOU BELIEVE HE PAID FOR, SINCE YOU KNOW SO MUCH! I'LL BE WAITING FOR THIS ANSWER IN PARTICULAR ADP02 Response: My previous post I responded and gave you even another example. I then said "Get it? I doubt it!". So I was right, you just do not get it. That is unfortunate!
By the way, this is called an example not as you tried to spin it by calling it a deflection. I showed how someone who controlled a lot in the world of cycling still had to tie up lose ends by doing the following .... but as your response suggests, you think money will cover all lose ends.
"Lance Armstrong. He still needed a retroactive prescription because the 3rd party lab still sent in a positive test. Get it? I doubt it!"
5) Memo Heredia:
travestyny Response: "1. He had a conversation with Ariza. 2. In the past when he delivered PED's, he never talked to the athlete directly.
Conclusion: He gave Floyd PED's. Is that your stance?" ADP02 Response:1. Memo said "We". If this was an investigation, this is what they would be looking for. Memo tripping all over himself. 2. Wrong! Below quote from Memo himself said "rarely" not NEVER.
Conclusion used to be: ***** logic: Angel Heredia gave marquez steroids, Alex Ariza gave manny steroids.
Angel heredia and Alex ariza are now working to improve floyd mayweather's conditioning? All right! Were gonna see the best floyd yet, and they are totally not steroids guys.
You see what im saying?
Memo said "we" - Oops!!!:
Well, I'll tell you, me and Alex, we're both in the area of science; we both are strength conditioners. In other words, we are colleagues. Actually, since you brought this up, Alex and I, you know, we met recently. He consulted with me as the strength conditioner for Floyd for this coming f!ght. So we sat down and we had a good conversation, very long, and we talked about conditioning things and possibly some other projects
AH: Well, yes, he consulted me in some areas and then asked me to describe some possible things we could work with Floyd for this f!ght. You know, what angle I would take with Floyd for this particular f!ght. Obviously Alex and I have been against each other when he had Pacquiao and I had Marquez. You know, he's a great guy. He respects me and he respects my work and he admires my work, and I respect his and I admire his. We have two different systems. He has his own system and I have my system, but at the end of the day, it produces results. Now one thing that we discussed a lot is about presenting power punching for Floyd. Obviously his speed is amazing, his defense is incredible, so we talked different basis on that.
Now go check out what Memo would say about SPIEGEL: What kind of relationship did you have with your athletes?
Heredia: Business ties. It was all about levels and dosing. I rarely spoke with Marion Jones. It was done through her coaches.
6) ADP02 Response: "Still waiting for your proof that Floyd was severely dehydrated....... travestyny Response: "Still deflecting"
7) travestyny Response: HOW IS THAT NO TRANSPARENCY WHEN YOU JUST WROTE WHAT THEY RECEIVED? LOL. Congratulations, you just managed to contradict yourself in one single breath of written English
ADP02 Response: man, you really do not get it. I'm started to feel bad for you. Please just tell me that you can't go against Floyd no matter what? At least I would understand that.
The NSAC just got the information that was stated in the Floyd vs Manny contract. Nothing more, possibly less. And like Hauser mentioned, this information was thanks to Manny not USADA and not Floyd!!! You made it sound like the NSAC had a full detailed report on Floyd and was OK with it after examining and investigating. Nope. Not even close.
and I thought you were on board with there being an issue with transparency. What gives?
8) ADP02 Response: "Still waiting for your proof that Floyd was severely dehydrated. You have been avoiding the initial topic and deflecting. I'm sure you will continue too!
travestyny Response: Still waiting for your proof that he wasn't. Go look up burden of proof again.
There you go again. You provided NOTHING but deflection. I on the other hand have at the very least given you 7-8 facts that point to Floyd not being severely dehydrated.
I even answered your silly deflection on how that could be enough:
As far as what I said, the NSAC says this:
"The Commission need not follow the rules of evidence that a court must follow. All evidence that the Commission determines to be relevant and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this chapter is admissible. If the Commission determines that the evidence is the sort of evidence on which responsible persons are accustomed to rely in the conduct of serious affairs, the Commission may use that evidence alone to support a finding of fact."
9) travestyny Response: "Is that more clear for you? " ADP02 Response: - yes its clear since you admitted to deflecting.
- Admitted to the issue of transparency.
Maybe we need to do this differently. Baby steps.
QUESTION: "Since you cannot even get me proof that Floyd was severely dehydrated. You have never really answered the question: "Do you think that Floyd was dehydrated or severely dehydrated? .... GO ....."
You seem to very knowledgable on the subject of chemical science, contractual law, and sports medicine. Can you provide a theory as to HOW floyd passed multiple drug test?
and I read some of your posts. Correct me if I'm wrong but you appear to suggest that its not possible? Right?
- Floyd has turned up a T/E ratio that would be red flagged.
- Floyd has delayed being tested by at least 5+ hours on 2 occasions that we know of. There may be more.
- Floyd did take what was considered to be a prohibited method. Like Lance Armstrong retroactively providing a prescription, it was retroactively done nearly 3 weeks after the fight. So in essence, Floyd fought without approval of a prohibited method!
- Floyd NOT USADA, sets the start and end testing period.
- Floyd had Ariza who consulted with Memo about Floyd.
So just with the above data the question really becomes, how can you NOT think that its possible for Floyd to use PEDs?
Then to back it up, just turn to other sports. Cycling is the best example but there are other sports to. They said similar question about Lance.
- Lance, the A side of cycling, masked, delayed, blood transfusions, had his representatives paying organizations and people.
- Floyd, the A side of boxing, masked, delayed, admitted to some sort of blood transfusion side effects before Canelo fight, had his representatives paying organizations and people.
Its easier for Floyd than Lance since Floyd sets the testing period, the contract and gets tested for only weeks compared to the probability of 365/24/7. Yet you think its not possible?
Wait right here please. I'm going to respond to all of the complete utter bull**** that you just wrote. I want you to read it carefully so that you comprehend. I've only read half of it, and it's all complete garbage, but I'm going to respond right down the line so stick around if you can.
Dang! You just annihilated travestNY from pillar to post over and over lol
Full burn lmao
You own Travestyny for at least a millenium hahaha
Thanks Spoon! I expect him to come back with more deflections and not able to even answer the simplest of questions .... yet he is defending his hero. Floyd fan logic.

Baby steps. Start with the last question that I have.
then make your way to answering my other questions.
Will answer tomorrow .... but I'm expecting the same. I hope that you prove me wrong.
