Well he didn't look badly hurt, that was my point. And he didn't quit. But I like the fact that there were no complaints after from Pascal, and that he showed respect. Roach was very quick with the warnings after a few rounds only, which appeared a little befuddling.

I didn't watch the fight either live or in replay.
I imagine it looked like some sort of torture.

Naw dude, if anything the fight should have been stopped way earlier. Roach gave two many extra minutes where serious damage could have happened.

I don't remember what round, but there was a round where Pascal didn't throw anything.

Good stoppage, I thought Pascal had no chance to make a comeback anyways.

I know this is boxing and anything could have happened, but even if Pascal pulled off a miracle somehow, he would have took even more damage in the process.

He didn't want to continue. He opposed the first time Roach wanted to stop the fight, but then the second time he back to his corner after Roach gave him a chance, he knew it was over and he didn't say a word. So no, you can't send a fighter out there to fight if he doesn't want to, he could end up getting injured or have his career or life ended.

Roach also knew that Kovalev was blatantly backing off so the fight wouldn't be stopped

Kovalev wanted to give Pascal long term brain damage

And Pascal wasn't doing **** whatsoever, dude had zero left

You consider Pascal able to continue why, because he was conscious? If the fight had gone on, he would have been a dead man.
