While Wilder's skills are far from great, they're good enough to beat practically any HW. This is one of the least skilled divisions in all of boxing.

We're talking about a division that has been ruled for over a decade by a fighter, Wlad, with absolutely 0 inside fighting ability which we saw on full display against Fury, how many body shots, 3 that whole fight? Talk about lack of skills.

And styles do make fights, the southpaw stance really threw Wilder off, as did the pace at which Szpilka was fighting/moving at. There was no way he was going to keep that up for 12 full rounds and he didn't, the longer the fight went on the easier he was to hit until the massive KO. If you don't pace yourself properly, you'll be vulnerable in the later rounds especially against big punchers, we've seen this time and time again.

Lol.Fury Wilder is a great opportunity to win some money. Not in a million years does this Wilder guy win.Fury will toy with him worse than Klitschko.Wilder will think he can take Fury out,Tysons chin is granite,it can be hit,but not broken!

When Wilder starts getting tired,Tysons just getting started!Just like Joshua,Wilder gets stopped late.

Then the haters can say that Wilder was a bum

That being said, Wilder didn't exactly look like Alexis Arguello in there.

But none of these giant HW's do.

I could see Wilder losing to Povetkin and Fury.

He also could knock them spark the fuck out.

That's the intriguing thing about Wilder. He has that big eraser power, while being flawed. You don't have to be Eddie Futch to figure this shit out.

Cherry picks always get the KO win prediction.

Do you think Wilder can fight on the inside?

FYI Szpilka had his best round in round 8 and
wilder looked like a tired Mariusz Wach before detonation.

That said, Fury isn't some maestro in the ring either, despite what his die hards love to say. He did beat Wlad in one of the most pathetic fights I've seen with equally pathetic punch outpout. To be fair, Klitschko looked even worse and basically threw the fight away.

I don't think we will see Wilder - Fury, most certainly this fight won't be for the HW throne because I think one of them will lose their next fight. Or both.

HW division is still what it was, a division filled with low skilled fighters, the only diffrence is, it's lacking a dominant, far more better fighter than everybody else.

I know, bruv. Was just busting your clinkers.

All I know is I hope both Wilder and Fury handle their business, and end up meeting each other late this year or early next. It's not a foregone conclusion, though. Not counting out Wlad in the rematch, or Povetkin if Wilder sacks up and takes the fight.

Fan of both Fury and Wilder.

But Dumb Fat Yank so I got to pull for the Windmiller.

                Wlads last 30 bouts............fought nobody!
Furys last "whatever" bouts Fought Wlad but nobodies before that!
Wilder has fought nobodies but he was picked to loose the last few.....

These men are basicly undefeated against.......................NOBODIES!

so let them fight one another and maybe we'll see ONE good fight.
We just saw Fury vs Wlad and that was a yawn fest! 100 punches thrown in 12 rounds by BOTH? Seriously these refs have to warn these guys that they need to FIGHT!

Their all awkward, clumsy and spastic! At least Wilder throws punches even if he doesn't always know where to........

Watch Roman Gonzales fight and you'll never watch these heavies again without drinking alot..........

Wilder has been an overwhelming favourite in 99% of his bouts.

Also Wilder was punching down and also Szpilka is a southpaw and a lot shorter....Fury is a lot of man, a lot more to hit and he still is square when he throws punches.

the first five seconds you see this.....he throws arm punches and doesnt pivot or swivle his hips when he punches....whenever he throws something other than a jab, he lingers on the line of defense

He wont beat Wilder fighting him like he is in their with a 39 year old Klitschko

bouncing around and throwing 200 punches wont cut it...this is an even fight and an intriguing match up....Both have improved from where they were say 4 years ago but neither what I'd call polished technically....outmaneuvering Wlad didnt turn Fury into Ali

Wilder isnt safety first like Wlad and will throw when Tyson feints or is posing...WLad waits for the perfect shot...Wilder makes opportunites more often
Ali did all of the things you criticise Fury for here.

And remember, Hammer is on the same level as Wilder's last 3 opponents - top tier journeyman, but not a real contender. Fury handled him with embarrassing ease, the way a real world champ is supposed to handle men like Hammer, Duhaupas, Molina and Szpilka.
