Hey, you're the one who's saying how much of a warrior Canelo is, how he never ducked a fight, and at the same time saying how much of a bum Golovkin is.

Love how both you and the other nuthugger fall back to the uninformed, incorrect Ward drivel to defend Canelo's bull****.

What the F is the difference? Manny won the title at 147 and defended it multiple times below that weight what does it matter if the guy was mandatory or not which is all politics. Fact is if you wanted to fight floyd or Manny it was because they chose you and you had to fight at that weight and the organization that held the belt scrambled and changed the rules to make it legal. But there is no difference in floyd or Manny wanting a catchweight and canelo doing the same now.
exactly! my god, what's so hard to understand? lil g'tards are so delusional.

No. There was never any clear cut situation where either one of them blatently ducked the other.

That's why they were able to keep their bullshit going for 7 years with muppets like you arguing about it on internet forums the whole time.
You sound dumb right now you think if any of these alpha belt organizations made floyd and Manny mandatory years ago that the fight would of happened any sooner then it did. They fought when they wanted and no belt was going to dictate it. Same with canelo. These fighters are bigger then the belts. No mandatory is going to force canelo to do anything same with floyd and Manny which is why both saw organizations break their own rules and create super belts just for them. Bradley didn't fight his mandatory in Ali and never got stripped they just made a new belt. Those orgs never made them mandatory because they knew they decide if they want to fight not them and either guy would of trashed the belt if they were forced to take a fight they didn't want.

Please, do not use Manny and Floyd as examples to illustrate ANYTHING about how a competitive sport should be governed and regulated if it is to remain credible - and therefor popular - with main stream sports fans.

Floyd and Manny epitomise everything that is wrong with modern day boxing.

Thank fuck they will both be out of the way before this year is over.

On a related note I don't think they are smart enough to realize that it actually makes more and more neutrals like myself start to defend Golovkin which I assume is not their intention.

Also there is a direct correlation between morons and the tag. They seem to be laughing out loud a lot. I presume this is because ignorance is bliss.
You're not wrong. The Golovkin haters are quick to talk about Golovkin groupies (as they call them) in any negative manner, even though they are even more obsessed with GGG. They don't seem to realize that they're cut form the same cloth. They are engaged daily in Golovkin related melt down on here, thread after thread.

That wasn't at all what I was saying in my post.

I guess you are too dumb to understand the point I was actually making.

No I'm saying canelo has already fought the fights fans want and if he dropped the belt and stayed fighting jr middleweights none of his fans will turn on him. His resume speaks for itself. GGG is the one with the weak resume and calls out jr middleweights, welterweights and super middleweights but yet refuses to go to either weight like he said. Canelo has not called out anyone at 160 and said it clearly if he wants to fight it's on my terms. It hurts GGG more then canelo if the fight is not made if you think otherwise you are just not living in the real world.

Thats a shame he has a better chance against GGG than he did against Floyd years ago. He just needs a fight plan to keep GGG stepping and reseting.
He has the ability to do it and enough pop to keep GGG honest.
Its a good fight and the "A side" BS is for chumps!
You need two solid competitors for a good fight who WANT to fight each other.
A side B side is a fan debate!

                  Ray
Thank you! As a true boxing fan I totally agree with you on the A side B side debate; it truly is a fanboy(girl) debate. Frankly as a true fan why in the world would you care how much money a boxer makes? Its not like its going into your bank account or it benefits you in any way. A true fan stays true to actual boxing not a**licking another man's bank account.

I can understand that when it comes to prizefighting you have to look out for number 1 but it seems like lately this has been getting out of hand. At the end of the day the reason fighters make a living is by fighting and it seems that a lot of fighters today are making tons of excuses on why they shouldn't fight someone.

If you are a 160lbs champion then fight at 160lbs and this goes to every boxer out there. I put more blame on these so called organizations that have sold their so called dignity and integrity by allowing so many belts and fighters to do as they please.

This is another example of why UFC is been steadily gaining traction over the years and why boxing has lost so many casual fans. One belt to rule them!

are you trying to claim that f.ucking golovkin is better for the sport than manny pacquiao and floyd mayweather? are you trying to claim that f.ucking golovkin has done more for the sport then those two? lmao
