I have seen him in 3 pro fights and highlights of olympics. He looks good but obvi a lil green still ( like All pros are so do t think I'm talkin ****). But I was just curious from those who know him well. Is he the real deal or a Michael Grant?
Is Joshua the real deal?

I don't know him well, but from what I've seen he has great potential and a good team of people guiding his progress. Far from the finished article of course, but a very promising fighter.
He needs to lose the muscle however. He looked positively glacial in his last fight, with his feet rooted to the spot at times. He's developed a sort of sub-Foreman stalker style, and while that may work against the slower smaller opponents it's going to get him in trouble against the better movers in the sport, Fury for one.
He should use this opportunity to work on his mobility and dial down the power a notch. He'd be a much more effective fighter in the long run.Last edited by Fury4daWIN; 12-31-2015, 06:15 AM.Comment

Hard to tell because he's only fought plumbers, brick layers and joiners so far except one half decent guy who wears a C-cup bra.
But from what I see so far nothing but his punch impresses me.Comment

He is good but he is chinny. He needs to learn to fight like Lewis.Comment

I don't have much faith in him, he reminds me a bit of david price, and if dillian whyte punched a bit harder he would have been tony thompsoned the other weekComment
