That's fair enough if you think so. I just don't. Said before the fight that Pacquiao just isn't what he was.

Klitschko looked exactly the same as he has for the last 5 years.

And of course Mayweather was a big favourite to win, Fury was a heavy underdog.

Yeah I hear you. I guess I'm of the opinion that while Manny has indeed slipped, beating him in 2015 isn't the equivalent of beating Klitschko in 2015. One is a much greater fighter and still was IMO, based on having beat Bradley and Algieri. And losing to atg's like Mayweather and Marquez doesn't automatically drop him to losing to guys of Fury's ilk. Not to knock the young man but he isn't in that stratosphere.

but that's not what I'm saying though.

I'm saying that fury's win over klitschko is better than mayweather's win over pacquiao.

I'm not trying to compare the losses of Pacquiao to klitschko's or who they lost to.

I think the Mayweather beating Pacquiao, which he was expected to let's be honest, is not a great as beating Klitschko at that moment in time.

If it had happened in 2009/2010 - Different story altogether.

I know. I disagree. I think Manny Pacquiao was a far greater fighter still in 2015, than Tyson Fury. And their recent history suggests Fury isn't anywhere near his level.

He was "more dominant" because the division, and his opposition was shit. He's also damn near 40 and way past his best.

            That's fact.

Yeah i agree he is. But that's still not what I'm saying.

              I'm saying Klitschko 2015 > Pacquiao 2015.

If he was way past his best why did 80% of the forum pick him to beat Fury? why did fury not stand a chance?

Because I didn't expect Wlad to be as scared as he was. He literally shat himself in there. He didn't even try until it was too late.

I guess here's where you try to convince us that this is a prime Wlad...

When you earn $300 million dollars for "easy work" in one night of boxing, you have to be fighter of the year! "Men talk, Women talk, but numbers never lie!"
