He was in the concert industry for a long time & he sold most or all of his company to the guys who are running the concert industry these days. I'm sure he's made a disturbing amount of money in 2 or 3 or so decades in that world. He keeps such a low profile probably impossible to really know what his status is.Comment

it wouldnt surprise me if he was a billionaire, he did alot more than work with musicians but also entertainers in general and he ran the show. not to mention he spoke about his business in the only interview hes done his entire life and how much his business made the year prior. it was somewhere around 50mill. imagine doing those numbers for almost 20 years before going into boxing.Originally posted by saint laurentforbes does not have access to private tax returns . . . they would have absolutely no way of knowing one way or the other how much haymon is worth since haymon keeps his mouth shut.
i don't think he's a billionaire, at least based on what we do know about his life, but if he was, we'd have no way of knowing.Comment

I think its better for the sport if the money is spread out more. Boxing has been a circus for far too long. If basketball was ran like boxing Jordan woulda been taking home 30% of the NBA's revenue each year when he was in his day. I think that woulda been great for Jordan, but ****ty for the overall position of basketball & other basketball players much like how Floyd & Manny getting all the money they've been getting for so long is great for them, but overall not good for boxing & other boxers.Comment

All his boxers seem very happy with him. It's mostly competing promoters and networks (and their fan boys) who have bad things to say.Comment

DeGale has done great out of this financially, but equally he's fought Dirrell in the US and Bute in Canada. Props for fighting some of the better names in the division away from home. Badou Jack in Vegas looks to be the next one.Comment
