Production value sucks on basically all of the cards and the NBC commentating team is not very good. The ESPN and Spike cards are typically the better ones imo because the fights are more evenly matched, or at least I get that feeling from watching them. They are more like traditional boxing productions in the fact that the you can hear the corners and the commentators are more lively.

If he is paying his fighters, then that's good. As long as there are good cards mixed in, I don't really care about his personal life or whatever. He is a shady dude, I have no question about that, but then again I think most boxing promoters are that way....all liars out to make that dollar without risking too much damage to their cash cows. When the mismatches come on, I'm still going to gripe about it as I should do as a fan.

I honestly think that DeGale is one of the best boxers that Hymen has in his entire stable. He could be his first "big star" in the UK if he keeps on winning which could lead to massive paydays for overseas bouts.
maybe thats because it wasnt a PBC card, it was Gym.......

I boxed in the Navy, and I can honestly say I don't blame these fighters one bit for wanting to get paid that dough. I don't blame fighters for wanting to get out a promotional pact to jump to PBC to get paid that money.

Boxing is the most physical professional sport, period. It just makes me laugh to read some of these ******ed comments. As a fan I get it, but I understand why they do it and why they want to get paid millions instead of thousands.

For however long Haymon is around, his stable, ALL of them are getting paid more than what they would at any other promotional company.

Besides, its Free, **** a boring fight, HBO and TR and GBP all put on boring fights as well, its the name of the game, not every matchup is going to be great. The sad thing is, over the course of this year, I remember more fights where Al Haymon was involved and PBC than I do from HBO and/or Showtime.

This is a trend in all of professional sports, not understanding why it's such a big deal in boxing.
