that cut came from an headbutt... neither guy did something outstanding.

Stop with that bull.... Wladimir is not shot or got old yet...
Not too long ago he destroyed pulev who many many rated very high and still are.. In the first 3 rounds wladimir put on very good pressure and i remember when i watched the fight i thought wow thats only a matter of time.
Then the pressure dropped suddenly. i dont know what happend maybe he was getting hit with flicker jabs and he thought damn im loosing the jab battle.
instead just going for it cause in the end you saw wladmir was little bit fresher than fury. fury was dead on his feet.. Wladimir is a control freak and once he felt he was falling behind in points he froze.
In the rematch he needs to forget about points. Put the pressure on and finish what he started in the 12. drown fury.

Elroy said that Wlad has made inside fighting and feinting ineffective.

He must feel pretty foolish now.

Those cuts came from flush shots to the face. Fury has sledgehammers for fists.

I would have went with an option 4 ,which is did Wlad lose just because bad game plan and not enough punches thrown...... i dont believe age was the main factor as it was Wlad himself .....Fury himself looked sub par even with Wlad averaging one power shot per round . No matter how much Fury shuts him down ,hes not that good to limit Wlad to those numbers ,its mainly on Wlad . Wheather its age is debatable !

I thought size doesnt factor in heavily in HW boxing ?

Fury is a professional boxer. Wilt Chamberlain was a professional basketball player. You're not intelligent enough to distinguish the difference so I won't waste time.

                    • Vladimir has no inside game plan, he just fights from distance. But you can not do this against much bigger guy.
