Kovalev isn't a better fighter. GGG is far more skilled and a better boxer, and has an extensive and very good amateur background. GGG is also more lethal.

If Quillin is a bum then Ward has feasted on them his entire career with likes of Arthur Abraham, Carl Froch and Chad Dawson.

Ward beat Dawson when Chad was a name. Arthur-Froch -Kessler- all were names. Quillin couldn't beat Weak Andy lee. Ward is a great fighter who toyed with the inept Froch. Too bad Andre doesn't fight much. Froch would beat GGG at 168lbs.

That's because Golovkin wouldn't even move up to 168 to fight Ward. So no one expects him to actually have the stones to go to 175 for Kovalev or Stevenson.
