Are you familiar with the principle of judicial precedent? It's not ''sometimes they care and sometimes they don't." With the exception of the law changing, judicial error, or an overruling decision by the superior courts, the decisions made are legally binding.

You can look at previous cases to determine the outcome of an existing case. In the absence of distinguishing factors, previous cases (that deal with the same law) are what judges will rely on.

I really do chuckle at some of the posters on this site; always screaming ''*****s are lawyers now" when they are the ones to spew the most shit when it comes to legal matters.
It actually happens quite often, billion dollar deals get cut short by the gov't all the time because of the fact it Would form a future monopoly. You wouodnt know that because section 8 doesn't teach law, and your probably too cool to a read a damn newspaper once and awhile.

And judicial precedent has no standing here because this has never happened before you fcking ******.

My question is, before Haymon & PBC came along, just how interested was TR in the free networks broadcasting any of their fight?

And PBC ain't the UFC. Fighters can fighter wherever they want because they aren't signed to it and they bought the time from networks willing to sell, no one was forced here. TR doesn't have a leg to stand on thats why the first one got thrown out.

but hey after TR goes under you can have uncle bob or debuff go grab that burger for you lol
No, I'm just tired of reading BS from people who don't have a clue what there talking about.

These lawyers are expecting to be fighting this for years, it will cost millions and millions of dollars in lawyer fees, not to mention countless resources and time they can't get back.

They won't even take these cases unless they are pretty sure they have a shot to win or at least reach settlement.

But yeah, MC Hammer, we should listen to him, he knows what he's talking about.
