    For up and comers it's usually 33% then when they get bigger and extend contract it goes down guys like Brandon rios Nonito Donaire etc aren't paying a manager 33 percent

    But when a guy is making 5-10k a fight the manager loses money in the investment and a lot of guys never pan out and are a complete loss. Look at it from both sides.
