So are the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, UFC, NASCAR & probably numerous other leagues of elite caliber talents in a particular field monopolies? Why are those leagues allowed to operate today? Why were those leagues allowed to get where they are back in the day?

And at this point with exhibit E being f#cking tweets I believe Arum is definitely just in it to try to lean on PBC's bankroll in hopes the investors aren't looking to refill PBC if it goes busto or refill them too soon into the plan if court costs drain them more than anticipated.

One of those f#cking tweets being Chavez Jr showing off his checks from Haymon to Chavez Jr Promotions that was immediately deleted.

What's wrong with a manager paying a promotional company?

Let them jump and down with glee. They've got the case all figured out. So let's watch Haymon get booted out of the sport as they claim will happen.

those en****** have federal anti-trust exemptions in place. PBC does not.

That being said, this will be an interesting case, as to the monopoly issue. There is an argument to be made that Haymon doing all the time buys essentially devalues everyone elses content. If the case survives long enough for discovery, the internal PBC documents will be interesting if they reveal any intent to drive other promoters out of business by reducing the value of their content.

                    Its an interesting argument.....

                      No, it isnt.

When you say that theres an argument to be made, what you really mean is that you decided to make something up yourself.
