This would be one of those big name opponents he says he's been wanting.
If not Porter then it better be Khan.
Are there any other fights he could get next that are higher profile/worth more money?
Brook and Khan. Spence for giggles.

You seem down on Porter. Why?
You could probably pull up any Thurman interview on youtube from the last 2 years and hear him says he's not afraid of losing his "0".

Not sure if Brook is available until after he fights Chaves.
If Thurman wanted to pull a Billy Joe Saunders and fight some young fan favorite just to shut people up, I'd watch it.
Seems like Porter or Khan would be the fights he's looking for though.

          I know. Maybe it's Haymon who wants/needs the "0"

If not Porter, Khan or Garcia (or Brook) than who? Berto? Aaron Martinez? He already said no to Spence?

Is that Brook fight happening though? I mean, I know it's supposed to be an injury but just maybe Brook's team got a nudge from Thurman's team?

Why wouldn't Haymon not force this fight... If he wants PBC to succeed, thurman-Porter is a fight to make for espn or spike.. Would easily be the biggest fight Pbc has made besides maybe lsc-mares

I'm thinking that Thurman will have something to say by tomorrow - so with that said I'm hitting the pillow. G'night.

Could it be that Thurman is getting used to silk pajamas?

I imagine there are signed contracts on both sides for that Brook-Chaves fight.
                      **** happens though.

Also, Thurman is on video basically saying his "manager" will not want him to travel to the UK to fight
