Is Ward's resume really that much more impressive than GGG's?

Well 4 of those guys are retired now, one is getting out of jail or something. I mean, these names right here are what makes Ward rank just below Mayweather according to many on here. Take a good long look at this list, Calzaghe got absolutely no respect for beating an undefeated Kessler and a much primer Bika but they comprise 1/4 of Ward's notable resume.

People need to wake up, Ward hasn't really beaten much when you think about it.
Exactly. When Joe was in the division fighting these same guys, "168 is garbage, they should just get rid of it".

Joe moves up, Ward slips into S6 and suddenly these guys are world class? Nah, it's just that an American beat them so American fans push the agenda that he beat great fighters.

160 was supposedly better when GGG wasn't there, he arrives and its trash?

Nah, Americans always have to make it seem like what they do is better.

Funny how Calzagge didn't get any credit until after Ward beat them.

Just imagine if Ward would have fought Lacy. Lacy would have became a B+ fighter and way better than anyone GGG fought.

I'm actually looking forward to Abraham vs. Murray. Ward's 4th best win vs. Golovkin's best win next month.
We'll be adding kovalev? You a member of ward's camp?

The value of the Dawson win at 168 can be argued, but Abraham went on to win a super middleweight belt twice after the fight and he's currently ranked as the #1 SMW (outside of Ward) by the RING, TBRB, ESPN, Boxing Scene, and IWBR. Abraham obviously has his limitations, but if Golovkin had a win like that on his resume, his fans would be trumpeting that conquest.

Really cute. We as fans will be adding Kovalev's name to Ward's resume soon.

Don't care what their resumes are. They need to fight next year. Give them both hell if they try to avoid it.

                    Wow..

Lets be honest Calslappy robbed Hopkins, White americans were pulling for him after Hopkins comments. Also Calslappy was suppose to lose to Mikkel Kessler, pull that ****ing thong out your ass boy.

We both know that Ward is superior to Calslappy. He ducked Carl Froch.

As I said, the guy was coming off 2 ruthless schooling, completely exposed. And those belts, he fought mediocre Stieglitz for them 4x, including quitting once. Got a hometown decision against someone called Wilberforce Shihepo from Namibia. That scalp is no better than GGG's. That he's Ring #1 just tells you how weak 168 is these days.
