It's called learning from your mistakes and it's a good trait to have. He's had PPV blunders with bad match ups and no following before so now he doesn't want to do that now.

Even IF the small chance Garcia does draw the same amount, the fact that he's been the inferior fighter the past 2 years despite beating Khan and Lucas clearly puts him behind Khan and Lucas.
So factor in the money brought in, competitiveness, and who deserves it more, Garcia at the back any way you look at it. Beating Salka and Paulie and barely squeezing (though most thought he lost) by Peterson and Herrera puts you nowhere near the of anyone's list.
Whether or not I like Garcia doesn't change anything I said. Just because you don't want to accept it doesn't mean I have to "admit" anything (irrelevant in this case too).
Also please explain to me how Garcia was the "inferior" fighter.
Before you answer and prove you don't like Garcia let me point this out; he got a close decision against Herrera who is not an easy out, a close decision against peterson whos no push over, annihilated Salka like he was supposed too, and defeated Malignaggi easily with out braking a sweat, again, like he was supposed too. Again how is Garcia inferior?

Whether or not he performed bad because of possible weight issues, his performance can't just be erased and that will affect viewer ship as well as perception with regards to competitiveness. Him beating Khan at 140 but looking bad most of the time isn't going to be enough to say he should get the nod over Khan, who's fought at WW a few times and looked impressive for the most part (win a win against a top 10 fighter)
We will just agree to disagree.
