We can't keep riding 2011 and 2012. He's already lost 2 fights since then (but got gifts) and beat unranked bums.

Danny Garcia has either fought bums or got gifts against his last 3-4 opponents, has no real following, no charisma and no character.

LOL Garcia has a following. Hes the likest successor for Haymon as a PPV fighter.

Just cause he lost to you doesn't mean he really lost... I guess manny should fight Peterson then right?

Not really. He has a solid fanbase but definitely not one that would be a PPV fighter. Khan and Matthysse aren't either but those guys are much more appealing to the general public. Khan has the British and MAtthysse is just loved by everyone.

Except it was pretty clear as day he should have lost. Even if he won, he clearly didn't impress by any means.

And no, he shouldn't fight Peterson. You're bringing up **** that isn't even being discussed. I said he should fight Khan or Matthysse because they have the following, exciting fighters and they have had great performances recently that would be appealing in a PPV fight.

Well if Danny "lost" then Lamont should be an option no?

Just be real Arum, he's with Haymon, that's why the fight doesn't interest you.

Lamont wouldn't sell either, which was my point.

Fans over seas don't affect PPV numbers in the US which is what really matters. Matthysse' following is mostly hardcore fans, and Argentine fans which do not contribute very much to US PPV as evidenced by the Cotto vs Martinez fight, and the Mayweather vs Maidana fights. Danny Garcia has a large following in NY, Philly, and Florida, he also brings along Puerto Rico, which does conteibute to US PPV.

Just admit you don't like Danny Garcia and get on with it, because no one believes Matthysse and Khan bring more to the table the Danny Garcia.

Except there's clearly more revenue stream involved outside of PPV buys (PPV buys that Garcia might not even generate) that would benefit the other 2. Khan and Matthysse are clearly much more fan pleasing fighters so that also affects PPV buys.

Even IF the small chance Garcia does draw the same amount, the fact that he's been the inferior fighter the past 2 years despite beating Khan and Lucas clearly puts him behind Khan and Lucas.

So factor in the money brought in, competitiveness, and who deserves it more, Garcia at the back any way you look at it. Beating Salka and Paulie and barely squeezing (though most thought he lost) by Peterson and Herrera puts you nowhere near the of anyone's list.

Whether or not I like Garcia doesn't change anything I said. Just because you don't want to accept it doesn't mean I have to "admit" anything (irrelevant in this case too).
