So by your criteria, Ward could have gotten in the ring for a sparring session and gotten back on the P4P list. OK, so you have very low standards. Mine tend to be considerably higher and you actually have to fight contenders on a regular basis to be on a P4P list, or to be ranked in the top 10.

Tell me why Ward is not a top 10 ranked SMW by RING if he is on the P4P list?

Ward already passed the criteria to be high on a p4p list years ago. He doesn't need to prove he's that good, he already has. You keep acting like he hasn't fought at all since he beat Froch and Paul Smith was his first fight since. He beat a top 10 SMW in 2013 and missed one year. Now he's back. We already know he's one of the 5 best fighters in the sport. He's not ranked at 168 because he still hasn't fought at 168 since Rodriguez.

Everyone knows what this is really about. Your fear is so obvious I can smell the piss in your pants through my screen. It's okay, Ward being back in the ring isn't so scary.

Why are people pretending Ward hasn't proved himself as one of the truly elite fighters in the sport? The only reason he was taken from the 2-3 spot was inactivity. Now that he returned, he's back where he was before. It makes sense.

There are not more than 3-4 fighters, at most, better than Andre Ward. He just needed to fight again. He did. He'll most certainly fight again before the year is out.

It's Golovkin fans. They want to pretend that Ward doesn't exist for a reason. They can downplay him and make BET jokes all they want but the public pressure will force that fight to happen within the next couple of years.

It's okay, everyone. Andre Ward isn't Floyd Mayweather Jr. and you don't need to be scared of him. You don't have to pretend he doesn't exist. Golovkin will fight him, and so will Kovalev. Thankfully they have more confidence in themselves than any of you do.

I'm beginning to understand how Pacquiao fans turned people against Pacquiao. Thankfully I like Golovkin too much to have that happen here, and I can just be irritated by this ridiculous fanbase he currently has.

I almost want him to lose just so all these people can move on to the next fad and the real Golovkin fans can keep on supporting him.

So Ward is on a 2015 P4P list for what he did way back in 2011? And that makes sense to you? In Oct, Golovkin will have had 12 fights in the same time period that Ward had 3. And Ward should be higher placed on the list? Ward should not be on the damn list at all!

I just ignore them. I like Ward's skills but I wouldn't call my self a HUGE Ward fan like the case with Floyd.
