I agree with you, Golovkin is a very good fighter.

I want to see him fight Ward, but only when it makes sense, when he gets money for it, when Ward has something to offer, and when Cooto/Canelo can no longer use it as an excuse to duck GGG.

Which is odd, because when undefeated SMW Bute tried to fight Ward in Oakland Ward said Bute needed to prove himself. And again when LHW champ Adonis Stevenson offered a 2 fight deal at 168 in Oakland and 175 in Montreal, Ward again said Adonis needed to prove himself.

But this 'unproven' MW can get it!

GGG needs to fight someone of substance before calling himself great. At some point he will have to fight Ward and when that time comes the world will see who the boss is.
GGG is begging to fight Canelo and Cotto but they don't seem to be interested in fighting him and to be honest, both Canelo and Cotto don't need him as they can make a killing off of fighting guys in the 147 to 154 range.
