Those are numbers we can use to compare but not stepping on the scales and flat out refusing to robs us of that talking point. I don't for a second believe Floyd should fight Golovkin but I also haven't believed in a long time Floyd isn't 160 easily between fights. Just look at his stomach at the weigh in and then on the night of the fight.
Walking around at 160? You dum or sumn? He was 150.3 at the THIRTY DAY weigh in for his bout with Canelo and Canelo was 168 on the thirty day weigh in, so where u get this walking around at 160 crap from? How can u way the same as you do on the weigh in and on fight night THIRTY days before your fight if you walking around at 160?
Are you even aware that his weight actually dropped by a half a pound on fight night against Canelo, weighing in at 150.5 during weigh in and 150 on fight night.
Get out of here with that bull! Mayweather is a small welterwieght period. This is the guy who has never weighed above 151 for JUNIOR MIDDLEWEIGHT bouts and you gone sit here and tell us he walks around at 160? GTFOH!!! Troll.

Floyd is a small welterweight who doesn't even weigh in at 154 lbs when he has fought at that weight. GGG would simply be too big and too powerful for Floyd but of course none of this makes any sense to the Floyd haters, he is just "ducking" Golovkin

I call it how I see it.
IN FACT, Duva and Kovalev have both spoken positively about the negotiations with Roc Nation, so where the **** this Ward ducking Kovalev coming from?

How much you wana bet Floyd overtrained for Pacquiao? After all, weren't all u haters dissing him bwt it before the fight? tokn bwt how he started chopping wood after so many years not doin it and all the new training regemes he introduced for the fight? And now u wana go back and say cutting weight was the issue?

Guy couldn't even make the 152 catchweight against Canelo.

I agree with Sr.
Jr can win as long as he uses his designer PEDs.
A Chickens got to run and Jr will put the afterburners on if he got in with GGG?
Jr needs the advice of Memo again and learn greater ways to mask da Peds

The man's legacy is secure enough you don't have to make it a full time job to defend him azzwipe. My post was in defense of him and why it doesn't make sense for him to take the fight but also how he fk'd up by not stepping on the scales. You mofo's are so eager to jump down someone's back ya'll completely misinterpret shhh. Floyd is TOO small for Golovkin...PERIOD! The funny thing is you in your dumb @ss attempt to diss made a good point for him fighting Golovkin by going off on a tandem about Canelo who actually walks around heavier. Now fk off!Last edited by Sledgeweather17; 09-14-2015, 10:10 AM.

Mayweather has nothing to prove against a hungry lion like GGG. Money has been there and done that. He's done his time and has paid the price. This is Golovkin's time and era to prove the same and he can jump start it by challenging the likes of Andre Ward.
However as Floyd's career is concerned, I believe that he should do just one more match with his contemporary Manny Pacquiao in May 2016; For his 50th win and then just retire for good because this is an end of era.
Then Golovkin can rule the sport freely once the Floyd era is permanently over if he can and as good as he is advertised to be.

Ward said he would fight Kovalev, and he's had a tune-up at LHW already. About time he either agrees to fight Krusher or puts his fans out of their misery by telling them it's never going to happen.
