You're taking my advice of how PBC can flourish waaaay too personal. I'm only suggesting ways it can be better and capture more viewership. I'm not one of those posters here who hope it crashes and burns. I want to see it thrive, but in its current form of network/time/date hopping, it will be hard to gain any traction. The truth is the truth. Again.....Tuesday night fights with its consistent date/time/channel is definitely a step in the right direction. Now if he can do that with ESPN it will be another step in the right direction. Consumers of any product want consistency.

Also, ever heard of DVR?Comment

I only discovered it when looking for some info on IMDB and there was an article on the main page that CSI was returning to it's regular time slot for the final few shows.
I cannot be bothered to look for boxing on almost a dozen channels, most of which are not available in Canada and others which are optional choice channels. This is the world we live in today, one with hundreds of channels and thousands of choices. Boxing will never be what it once was. It is now a fringe sport and will remain so right up until the day it ceases to exist altogether.Comment

No, its you opinion. I think the major problem is the need to grow the fanbase by attracting younger viewers is. Programming on multiple channels and times gives you the best chance to grow the fanbase, which is important.
Obviously, Haymon needs to get to the point where he is making money, not losing it. I just do not see wher NBC, CBS or ESPN can give him regular prime time spots to do what you are suggesting.Comment

Those are TV shows, not sports Deveel916. Why would compare PBC to these?Comment

Yes he's putting on a ton of boxing, but many of these fights are pointless. Start a tournament and throw big advertising behind it. Sports fans want to see competitiveness. Not showcase fights where one fighter is almost guaranteed to win, and if this is the case, at least make the fight has a strong possibility of ending with a dramatic KO in order to draw casual fans in who will want to see it again.Comment

Same thing applies to any viewing product.Comment

I haven't said you were hoping it fails. I'm not taking it personally, Its just mind boggling to read there is an inability to find something in 2015 on your TV.

Establish a go to network to watch boxing on a set time and date is how you grow your fanbase.Comment

So just DVR all of the PBC events, if it's so confusing?Comment

Scandal wouldn't be made if it was a time buy.
a regular weekly/monthly show-I think that is the way they will go once you have a commitment from a network and advertisers.Comment
