GGG vs Lemieux I don't think is PPV Worthy but HBO has a Budget so they just can't put all these fights on their Network, some of them must be on PPV for them to happen so I understand that.

But in orders to be successful on HBO, these fighters need to do a better job at capturing the attention of the Casual American Fans and it takes more than Knockouts to do that! You have to be interesting outside of the ring as well and that is why a lot of fighters while popular with Boxing Fans, they're literally unknown away from boxing.
GGG does it by calling out Floyd

david has 2 loses my friend..back to back btw...

the super ww, ww, and jr ww divisions are the most talented and most lucrative divisions right now if these young fithers are fighting the right fight chances are they could easily lose one night..danny is undefeated and lamont has only lost to top 3 jr ww guys..bradley and lucas..and the lineal champ danny who some feel he beat...

ggg hasnt even fought no where near lamonts resume neither has david..and we all know middleweight has been one of the worst divisions since the 80s time and time again just like it is today

His TV ratings are low, he doesn't sell tickets. I wonder where his promoters get money to pay him

his ticket sales have nothing to do with hbo..they only care about ratings and he has delivered them to hbo

His TV rating weren't that great. His ratings on HBO were about the same as GGG's, but he asked for 4 times more money for that and had a nerve to call his contract with Goossen "slavery".

Ward-GGG deserves to be made more than Ward-Kovalev.

Or are people content to let GGG beat up on smaller guys for his whole career?

But sure it is. They only need a few hundred thousand buys to get a good payday out of it. It doesn't have to be the 900k-1million plus buys that we have gotten used to with Floyd.
