Everybody goes for the money. Who wouldn't want to fight Mayweather for the cash? Why wouldn't GGG want to fight Cotto, easier and more money than a Ward?


I mean even Floyd brought Marquez up then disregarded the weight stipulations, which I thought was hilarious.


Remember DLH everybody from Arthur Abraham to Roy Jones called him out for the money.

Maybe you're just trolling,or maybe you really just don't understand the the difference. GGG fights at 160,ward at 168. The fight would be at 164 with no titles on the line. On the other hand,cotto or canelo would be the wbc middleweight champion,and GGG is their mandatory. If either of them tries to impose their catchweight on their MANDATORY,and the negotiations fall apart,they get stripped and golovkin automatically becomes the full champion,without having to fight any bum for the title. Either way,ggg becomes champion, and cotto or canelo are know as the guys who would rather drop their title,rather than face their mandatory opponent.

i personally dont agree with cws involving titles, but ggg has been pro CW lately, so if either cotto or canelo offers him the fight at CW and GGG turns it down, he is the one thats going to look bad, he will fight froch or chavez at 168 but not ward, he will fight floyd at 154 but wont do a cw for cotto or canelo, thats called cherry picking...

if ggg was lineal champ at 168 and was trying to fight ward at a catchweight that would be the equivalent of what cotto is doing. since ggg fights at 160 it's not the same now is it? yet you are pretending it's the same thing.

I've never read ONE comment demanding Ward fight anyone currently on the super middleweight landscape. Most of the Ward posts are some variation of, "he's already cleaned out 68, move up to 75 and fight Kovalev." So let's not pretend for the sake of argument that there's an oz of question of who THE MAN at 168lbs.

martinez also went through many more surgeries and rehabs after the murray fight. yes cotto looked better but martinez was also much worse. something you keep ignoring. martinez himself finally admitted it but i guess that's not good enough for some people.

ok hate on cotto's win over sergio all u want..but how about him going 5 rounds with a fighter lara went 12 with? that alone is proof to me that roach has effected cotto well..his body is new his feet are new..turning his punches over now..freddie made him an offensive beast and he's always been a pretty solid overall boxer..freddie is good at offense...i give him that much

cotto is a 155 champ bc aside says so...and i sympathize with him bc he's a former 140 champ that actually went up in weight w/o cws until he reached a weight he cant make...if GGG dont like he should go for the other belts first and let cotto retire out...or prove that he can make 155 like he's said he could

it's been 4 years since he beat a good 168 pounder so yes there is a question. saying he's a leftover is a cop out. froch was kessler's leftovers when ward beat him so i guess ward shouldn't have fought him? maybe lets just leave out the whole leftover talk. ward should try to fight the best guys in his division. that's what ggg is trying to do. if ward doesn't want to fight the best in his division he can move up yet ward isn't doing either of those things. ggg is yet you are hating on ggg and giving ward a free pass. fandom what a terrible thing.
