Thats exactly how i remember it. Its always easy to use 20 20 hindsight.

It's pretty questionable when people start saying, " He's better than Lacy, he handles pressure" when Golovkin still hasn't had solid opposition and we certainly don't know how he'd hold up. I like to think he'll be pretty solid but I'll admit, that's speculation. One thing they have in common is that Joe Calzaghe would ruin either one.

        That's also speculation.

I was going to reply to that post but then I read it again before hitting submit and I decided that it MUST be written as a sarcastic comedy exercise so I deleted my reply. I mean no one could really write such a ridiculous post and seriously mean it, could they? I know there are some real fools around here but could anyone REALLY be such an ignorant idiot? SERIOUSLY???

Haven't seen GGG under pressure. A little bit from stevens but I don't recall GGG fighting off his back foot much.

The only time we can see GGG get exposed like that is only if he fights at 168. Several guys there could be is Calzaghe.
You always called Joe C an overrated bum. Now hes a superior level?

Are Russian cornermen known for throwing the towel in early?

You mean besides steamrolling durable fighters like Ishida, Proksa, Macklin, Stevens, Geale (currently ranked #10), and Murray (currently ranked #6)? Besides doing great numbers on HBO and putting asses in seats in the USA despite being a foreign fighter from Borat-land?

He's having to slowly grind his way up the food chain (#5 Lemeiux is next) because none of the elite-level guys have the balls to fight him.

You're reaching. GGG is the best middleweight I'm the world, Jeff Lacy never was the best Super Middle Weight.

GGG resume is fine, Geale, Murray, Monroe, and Rubio are all world class fighters that GGG beat them with ease. Who cares what you think trying to degrade his opponents because of your jealousy.

Just admit you're upset that GGG is being discussed as the next superstar and not Broner or any other Floyd want to be. You also know GGG would KO Floyd.

Oh and save your Floyd to small for GGG excuse. Duran fought a 6'1 Iran Barkley and he was much smaller than Floyd.
