Golovkin's actually a central Asian fighter. Kazakh boxing program is pretty distinct from European. I believe HBO did a short segment about Vassily Jirov being trained by a guy who would lock him in a room with attack dogs.

BTW - Ward opened that cut on Paul Smith with a headbutt in like the 4th round (just like the Kolle fight).

Its the same thing you were explained dozens of times but it never sinks in, go figure. Both guys would want a good chunk but its not ppv so not feasible. Why ask GGG to go up or down in weight class? If Cotto (who was a great fighter as a welterweight before the cement glove incident) doesn't want to fight GGG he should give up his middleweight title. Chavez Jr didn't want GGG even though his promoter did. I agree he's untested because no one wants to fight him.
