He did avoid Margarito is that he did not try to fight Margarito... Let me try to make it so clear you might understand the point before you decide to make an azz out of yourself saying the same thing...so are you ready?

Lennox Lewis CHOSE to fight Michael Grant when his mandatory was...John Ruiz. He did this because he decided, along with his fan base that Grant was a legitimate challenge you dig so far pinhead?

If Lewis had decided not to take that fight with Grant some may have said he had avoided the tougher opponent. I never said that Floyd ducked Margarito. I did say I don't blame him for avoiding a taxing fight which had nothing to do with him "losing" to Margarito (wasn't happening). Now do you understand pinhead? or are you deciding to become another Elroy?
Stop trolling and talking all tough online.

At the time Floyd was gunning for Oscar....a FAR better fighter than Margarito

Anybody scared of Margarito would have been terrified of De La Hoya.

If Floyd were afraid of Tony.....he sure as hell wouldn't have fought Margarito's father....Shane Mosely

Just admit Arum made an ass outta' you gullible mofos with that "most feared man in boxing" nonsense.

I guess Leonard was scared of Aaron Pryor too?

He called him out @ the podium.

He had bigger fish to fry....same for Floyd

Bu bu bu he fought baldomir doe....well he fought ODLH after that ...a more dangerous opponent @ a higher weight next.

Margo goes on to lose to a prospect 1-2 months later... Williams had O....O wins over top ten WW but margarito was gonna beat may weather?

Had a actually won the fight it may have happened next lol.

Hatton n Margo were the fans top wish list opponents after he Beat ODLH.

style makes fight. marg would have been a tougher fight for floyd at that time. a come forward fighter with HEIGHT advantage that throws non stop. floyd didnt want to go thru with that.

in some cases he literlly cuts the number in HALF so please take a hint and get a reality check. Margs was never a threat
yet his most debatable fights were against pressure fighters

So let me ask you again: what are you attributing to my post? Its the height of idiocy to create a sock puppet but to then create a sock puppet red herring? I never said Floyd made a big production out of ducking Margarito. READ the post properly

So now I said that Floyd was fearful of Margarito?! By the way STOP claiming that Parker would beat Klitsko you idiot!!! What kind of an idiot thinks parker would beat Klitsko!!! Seriously....

I think Margs was fun and exciting to watch, and a dangerous fighter, but I never understood why people think May ducked him. He was tailor-made for Mayweather. Slow, had to plant his feet to throw. No defense. Look at the guys May fought in his later years. Mostly punchers. He didn't fight faster fighters. If you want to say he ducked someone, you'd be better off claiming he ducked Khan (who I don't think he ducked, but he just found too annoying to deal with). The Margs argument makes little sense.

Multiple factors, like chin, durability, size, strength, stamina, his ability to carry fighters at a faster pace, the lack of respect for Floyd, amongst other.

There's a reason Floyd never fought him, and he's indirectly admitted to these with all the "smart" career choices he has made and with the great job his team did helping him stay undefeated.

This is why GGG would've been a bad match-up for him.

                    with what ?

                    he was slow-as-molasses, just a come-forward plodder

Biggest obsticle aside from size/workrate was Marg was excellent at cutting off the ring and had great bodywork. There was no doubt he would have put some hurt on Mayweather.
