As someone who isn't a Floyd fan, who has rooted against Floyd many times, and would've rooted for Margarito had they fought -- I can say with the utmost confidence that Antonio Margarito would have no f**king shot whatsoever of beating Floyd. That mentality is really not something to be proud of. Margarito has all the tools that puts him in the position to beat Mayweather. Size, Chin, Stamina, ability to cut off the ring, power, unerelenting pressure. in 2008 in the Cotto fight, they have spoken in utmost confidence that Cotto is going to stop Margarito, that even if Margarito pressures, Cotto would just pivot out of the away and be too slick. And what happened? Cutts of the ring and pounded him on to submission.
