Well Shoulder is 100% and no more Promotion Issues Now...I'm sorry did GGG have a Deadline as far as when they can fight? Everybody was BOLD when Ward was having his issues, I guess they thought he wasn't coming back, but now that he is BACK All I See and Hear Is EXCUSES.

Neither are Superstars, Neither Are Major Draws. Both hope to be one day, here is a Solution FIGHT EACH OTHER and that will help both reach a higher level.

Ward vs GGG gets talked about more that GGG vs Anybody Else, just Look Around! The people want this fight more than some of these other fights fans are trying to hype up.

But from a business standpoint If I'm K2...GGG doesn't go anywhere near Ward until they make some REAL MONEY off of GGG's new found fame which they haven't really done yet. That is a HUGE RISK and if Ward's beat him which is very likely, that could ruin him from making the big money. So get the money first then maybe a year later you take your chance with Ward. Unfortunately GGG is already 33 so he doesn't have much time to wait.

Pointing out something about HBO doesn't mean I hate GGG. Only a child thinks like that, kid.

I never understood why some people accuse other people of "hating" a certain fighter... "hate" represents a cliche not properly used within this context.

GGG is 33 and fighting 4 times a year. Ward is 31 and will probably fight only once in 2015. If Ward wants to get back up there in the opinions of fans and boxing writers, he will have to fight a hell of a lot more than he currently is. In fact, he will need to be fighting at least as much as Golovkin is. But Ward has NEVER fought at that pace and I do not think he is capable. So he will remain as the B side in any head to head fight and he will have to get used to accepting that fact.

What's even the point of debating this boring ****.

Who's ducking who and who would whoop who.

I'm just going to wait until the fight is even slightly possible, because ATM it's just not happening so I'm not even going to talk about it on here. Waste of time. You are all wasting your time.

GGG has a real career going on. Why people think he needs to be dictated to by Ward is beyond me. Ward has taken himself out of currency, and is trying to stay relevant by talking **** about smaller guys who are relevant.

Honestly, if you buy what Ward is doing, you are either a thoughtless Ward fan or simple. What he SHOULD be doing is chasing names at 175. 175 is a packed division, and at 6'1 with good reach and physical strength he would not be undersized at all. It is cool to express interest in a fight with GGG, but to talk **** about how a significantly smaller fighter with better things to do is ducking you? That is just pathetic.

For those that mention the comparison to GGG calling out Floyd— there is a difference between respectfully expressing interest in a fight with a smaller guy and talking ****/using his name to make yourself seem important. Unlike Ward, GGG also brings fans and career momentum to the table.

If ward fought 4 times a year facing the same level of comp as GGG, NSB would be crucifying him and questioning whether he deserved his p4p ranking, not celebrating his undefeated streak.

He definitely needs to be more active, but being inactive doesn't erase who he defeated in his career.

Ward doesn't have to fight as much as GGG anymore because WARD IS PROVEN! GGG is NOT! Ward last 4 Fights: Arthur Abraham, Carl Froch, Chad Dawson, Edwin Rodriguez...GGG last 4 Fights: Danie Geale, Marco Antio Rubio, Martin Murry and Willie Monroe Jr.

So yeah fighting 4 times a year is easy to do when you're fighting lower caliber fighters

Given his level of comp, they might be but I was just posting that relative to Ward. Now that I think about it, I was critical when they didn't approve Mora and some other opponents.

Ok, maybe, but they were cold on it when Ward was fighting and then continually downplayed it as they saw fans online discuss it.

I have discussed with you how I think GGG is highly skilled and that I think he is right below Floyd, ward, rigo and JMM. Besides, being critical of a network doesn't mean thinking a fighter signed to that network is not any good.

I gave my reasons why I think ward would be favored. He is widely respected and has proven himself. IMO if they thought GGG would win-they'd push for the fight, like they have Kov/ward.

I do no such thing. You keep making it about me rather than what we are seeing being done. ward is high risk, low reward and you know it. It is more likely that ward beats GGG or if GGG wins no KO.

Its also likely that a PPV fight between them does poorly-remember last year both Canelo and Cotto sold very poorly (according to their promoters) in their PPV fights. Is ward the type of fight you want to premier GGG on ppv with??

I just don't see HBO changing its model, a model that has successfully developed PPv stars for 20 years. If they do and I am wrong, I will be the first to admit it.
I don't see HBO pushing any harder for Ward-Kovalev than Ward-Golovkin, maybe they will soon but the situation in both cases are pretty much the same. Neither fight is likely until at least next spring and more than likely much later than that. Andre Ward isn't going to fight Golovkin unless it is on HBO PPV and vice versa, HBO cannot push for Ward to do anything right now.

I'm partly making this about you because of your particular interpretation about what is being done. In reality neither of us are firmly in the know, we can only understand what is going on from what people are saying in the media and what all this may or may not imply. I'm saying your interpretation is not very plausible.

It is no about ideal situations, it is about the best available ones. I'm not saying Golovkin-Ward is necesssarily the first PPV for Golovkin, as I said i'm sure HBO are looking for the Canelo/Cotto winner for Golovkin but HBO doesn't just get exactly what they want, when they want it. I'm saying that the reason for Golovkin-Ward not happening any time soon is because Ward hasn't fought in ages and needs to build himself up, not because HBO fear Golovkin losing to him. Golovkin is 33 and has fought a string of less than exceptional opponents, not HBO, nor K2, nor Golovkin, nor GGG's fans, including myself, want to see Golovkin against the likes of Monroe, Rubio, Stevens, etc forever. Ward is potentially one of those big fights.

GGG fans started all of this and most of you are still trying to run your mouth because of PRIDE. Ward did not start this, he did not issue the first challenge to GGG. Abel Sanchez and GGG fans started it all. Then when he starts to reply you have fans who want to turn GGG into the Victim.

All GGG fans have to do is shut the *** up about Ward and focus your attention on Middleweights. But again PRIDE is all this is.
