Can we stop saying GGG is picking on Cotto and or Canelo

What's your point here? I could care less about the title, it's not mine.Cotto might be able to hold on to the linear for a bit longer, but he'll lose to the WBC belt if he doesn't fight his mandatory. Surely you know who that is.
Am I supposed to be admired by this? Nonito fought 4 times a year too, at least he wasn't b*tching about who he was fighting every fight.GGG's fighting 4 times a year while he pushes for a big money fight with Froch, Cotto, Canelo and Floyd.
So he'll go on fighting no-hoppers, got it. That's the GGG way, at least his promotion. Then GGG will be fighting someone else for that title, probably either Lee or the Lemieux/N'Dam N'Jikam winner
The fact that GGG is 30+ years old and his biggest threat is JMW shows you how much of a soft touch he's had. You use this as defense? Lol, weak like I said.So which is it? Is GGG a coward for wanting to fight Canelo, or would Canelo be the most dangerous guy he's ever faced?
He's earned a shot at the MW title, but not against Cotto obviously. Boxing is about more than winning fights, it's about making money. Don't hate the player, hate the game. It just the way boxing works, GGG is on the back burner. He's already earned it, that's why he's Cotto's mandatory.Comment

Just pointing out the hypocrisy. Not surprising that you'd miss the point, considering the fact that you're guilty of it.
So how did Geale earn his shot against Cotto? Did Miguel like the way GGG bounced him off of the canvas? He's earned a shot at the MW title, but not against Cotto obviously.
I guess as long as people like you make excuses for people like Cotto blatantly ducking GGG, he'll have to keep fighting for a measly 1.5 million per (and growing.)Boxing is about more than winning fights, it's about making money.
Hate is too strong of a word. I dislike the player, the game and the people who make excuses for both. Like you.Don't hate the player, hate the game.
Well Hopkins was on the back burner till he was almost 37. Worked out pretty well for him in the end.It just the way boxing works, GGG is on the back burner.Comment

Lara is with Haymon. Do you think Haymon would allow Lara to fight on HBO? Do you think HBO would allow Golovkin to fight on network television/PBC?You're looking too deep into this as some sort of conspiracy...
Cotto simply says he fights for the most money.
GGG says he fights for unification, unless a big money fight presents itself. Well... fighting Lara/Ward will give him more money than fighting anyone else except for Cotto/Canelo.
Considering he can't get Cotto/Canelo you'd think he'd want Lara. Instead, we get able Sanchez saying "I disagree Monroe is less well known than Lara." It's hypocrisy not some conspiracy. He hasn't even won a belt in 2 years... but unification. Kev already touched on how much of a monster he is, but he really is a small MW doe. GGG and his team are a walking contradiction.
Ok, Ward hasn't fought in 19 months and is a week away from his fight at a 172 lb catchweight. How and where do these guys meet and how could they ever make it right with the money when casual fans have literally zero clue who Ward is? Ward will demand $2.5 mil or prob more, how does any of this make financial sense unless they fight on PPV?Comment

Yeah, I don't think GGG should feel obligated to move up although I'd like to see him against 168lb contenders. He's the best at 160 and has potential big fights right in front of him. At least one of these dudes need to stop playing around and step in with him and quit with this "we're not really middleweights, we just fight there and oh we're negotiating to fight for the lineal middleweight crown."Comment
