what he did was wrong and im not excusing it in any way, but i think after 30 years clean people should stop holding it against him. if we live in a society where nobody ever lets anybody off the hook for anything, what would the world become?

i believe in second chances, bernard not only turned his life around but he spends much of his time with youths in and out of prison making sure they dont make the same mistakes he did.

30 years of doing good and you still want to look down on him for something he did in his early 20's? that kind of attitude tells me you arent half the man he is.

I listed 8 black people who all but 1 were confirmed murders of white officers shooting down black citizens . U then choose to find a needle in a haystack by stating that Grey's murder hasn't been confirmed as to who severed his spine , as two of the arresting officers were black and two were white . Have u ever been out with the fellas at a bar , nightclub or what have u , and one particular friend starts acting ****** . Maybe he's trying to start a fight or irritating some lady that doesn't want to be bothered . In these cases , someone among us will usually pull our lost friend aside and say hey , cut the s..t out ! Or something to that effect . My point is that someone prudent within the group will usually pull this (probably tipsy) friend aside and straighten him out before he ruins the night for everybody and give us all a bad name .

The primary issue I have with cops (and u should too if u were smart) is that they have serious mob mentality . In other words , the current of wrongdoing is so strong and infectious that once one starts cutting up , the others will either join in or sit back and watch which makes them complicit or too ****** to render fair judgement . YOU CANNOT BE NUETRAL ON A MOVING TRAIN !!! The tacit compliance is so terrible and the corruption so infectious that now we r seeing cops who unjustifiably shoot unarmed citizens (mostly ********** ) and when the partner gets out the car or arrives as backup he will immediately set the shooters mind at ease by letting him know he's there for him and will back any manufactured story he wants to tell .

Reverting back to the Texas pool party , as many cops who were on the scene by the time that brute threw that young girl to the floor and had his knees in her back , where were the GOOD COPS u always speak of who were willing to intervene in that unprovoked assault , and pull that brute off of her ? Where were your GOOD COPS who are willing to pull him aside and say hey u moron , put that dam gun away , these r harmless teenagers !

So in essence , the major difference between ur perception and mine is that when u look at that Texas incident , you see one bad apple gone awry surrounded by other righteous cops .
While I see a group of complicit maniacs who are allowing one among them to fully act out because either 1) they are too cowardly to take a stand for what is right (citizens rights) or 2) they r cut from the same cloth and r therefore fully complicit . Those cops must of beat u senseless for u to still be going around championing the cause for the "Good Cop" that's so hard to find . You also cannot possibly know what was or wasn't said by the other officers involved. For intense the one officer came into the picture and put his hand on the offending cops shoulder. He may have said something to him because he did holstered his weapon. But because you are good at it you are free to assume what ever you want.

Regardless they were both acquitted of his murder. Mr. Taylor was a 20 year white man that was shot to death by a police officer in Utah. Why? Because he was pulling his pants up and no charges where filed against the minority officer that was involved.

Both of them were unarmed and no one rioted and there were no major, if any at all, protest about there deaths. So why don't you add those two names to your list? I may be wrong but something tells me they don't qualify to be on your list.

You also had no problem running off the names of the black guys that were killed by cops. However, when cops kill unarmed white guys it seems that it is hardly even news worthy. At least not on a national level.

So in closing ; cops get their orders and prioritization's from the higher ups , and since the racism is most rampant at the higher levels of the society itself this means that orders passed down to your average cop (who usually blindly follows them) are molded in racist dye . But PLEASE don't take my word for it , rather , since its so hard for u to believe that most of what your seeing is a race issues trickled down to your average beat walking cop then care enough to watch only minutes 25 through 28 of this video .
