Well i'm white, and i can jump really high. So clearly that's another example of extreme racism that's allowed in America today.

Blacks getting shot garners more attention due to the fact that because it happens so frequently to us , it's reached a threshold or tipping point that's become unbearable . As a result we come together to march / riot or whatever to attempt to effect change , although rioting seems to work better because it disturbs social order and profits . Whites have not organized against the police with any consistency yet because the numbers of white murders are not quite alarming yet , but unfortunately, I'm sure they'll get there. So this is why the white deaths don't garner much attention , because they have not yet formed constituency around the issue due to the minuscule frequency in which it happens to them . But I guarantee u that when whites do start rallying around this issue (once their death # rises ) and take to these streets , u won't be able to find a channel that's not airing it , kinda like occupy wall street .

Have I heard of Kelly Thomas , no , but I have heard of James Boyd , yes , and was disheartened by his execution as I am by ANY citizens execution by the empire seeking to swallow us all whole . Why do YOU keep trying to FORCE it into a racial issue for me ? It's seems very desperate of u . I've noticed that accusing America of overt racism seems to bring out the worst in many white people , Including u . It's an inconvenient truth that most whites simply won't face or own up to . It's a hedging of the system , an innate protection mechanism that alarms when u see or hear someone non white attack or pull at it's racist fabric . Well, honestly, and I don't mean to rain on your little parade but that simply isn't true. And The Center for Disease Control and Prevention located in Atlanta, Georgia have the statistics to prove that it isn't true.

The center labels any deaths of civilians by any legit law enforcement agent as "Homicides by Legal Intervention." Between 1999 and 2011 there were 3281 such deaths. The racial break down was as follows 2151 were white and 1130 were black. Which is a little more than a 2 to 1 ratio. So there you have it the raw numbers clearly don't support your theory.

However, that surly doesn't tell the whole story. I also believe that anyone with any amount of common sense would understand why more whites have been shot then blacks, and why? Simply because there are a hell of a lot more available targets that happen to be white.

In my opinion your argument shouldn't have been about how frequent it happens, because the statistics prove otherwise. It should have been that blacks have a higher chance of being shot by the police than white folks do, and why? Because that is in fact true, and to be precise it is a 3 to 1 ratio. But once again do those numbers even tell the whole story?

According to the Bureau of Justice between 1980 and 2008 52% of the homicides committed within the United States were committed by blacks. I did not say offender because the statistics only said homicides and I believe common sense dictates that some of them were justifiable.

To be clear I only looked at homicide statistics because I would be here forever if I focused on all aspects of crime. Homicides are also obviously the most violent of crimes. So, what is my point?

I really am not trying to offend anyone. If I do that surely was not my intention. Here goes.

When you obviously have a much smaller segment within a population that is committing a much higher percentage of violent crimes. Why, then, should anyone be surprised that they also have a propensity for a much higher percentage of violent altercations with law enforcement as well? Maybe it has to do with that old adage "Live by the sword, die by sword." And since you mentioned riots I would like to focus back on Baltimore.

We are eleven days into the month of June and there have already been 13 homicides in the city of Baltimore. To the best of my knowledge not one of them was police related. So I wonder, who should the folks in Baltimore be more concerned about killing them? The police or their own neighbors?

And since I am talking about Baltimore I will say that you sound like you condone the rioting, is that true? If so what did it gain? Now the folks that live in those neighborhoods, and many don't drive, have no place to shop. Some of business stated that they would not rebuild so who did it really hurt and affect the most?

Here is something else to think about. There are buildings within the city of Baltimore that have been boarded up and decaying since the 1968 riots that ravaged the city. But what the hell the looters got theirs so why should they care that its possibly yet another nail in the coffin of the slow death of the city of Baltimore.

As for the protest itself in Baltimore I believe 5% of it was legit and the other 95% was just the criminal element that just found yet another excuse to be, well, criminals. And I really do feel for those 5% that got lost in all violence. So, where do we go next? How about we go back to Texas.

So, when evidence proves that your theory was wrong the pool party incident then turns into a conspiracy theory? It is kind of strange that this is the first time you mentioned it. And did you really state that black folks are not savvy enough to talk to the media? Geez, guy, you really truly are drifting off into the twilight zone.

Because honestly by listening to them they all seemed rather educated and when the kids spoke I didn't hear even a hint of ****** slang. They also obviously live in a very nice area so they must have decent jobs as well as income.

As for the racial aspect I believe you do a pretty good job of making it a racial issue all on your own. And how is that? I will say it again by calling people that disagree with you a racist, that is a good start. By believing that every police officers is either a racist or at the very least condones the ones that are and will help them at every step. Hell, even your list is racial. If it isn't then why not add the names Kelly Thomas, Dillon Taylor and yes even James Boyd. Because all three them are just as dead as the names that are on your list.

I only say that because in my time in the US Army I have spent time in foreign countries and I realized from those experiences that we as American's, that is all American's, take for granted what we have. And with that said, and in attempt not to sound corny, and even with our numerous flaws, we still live in the greatest country in the entire world, bar none.
