There were never very many Vikings to begin with. Not like the Mongols, who incorporated the millions of Chinese who they conquered, or the millions within the Roman Empire.
And outside of the invasion of England with the Great Pagan Army, they were mainly raiders.

Medium to medium well. I don't like it rare. Easy to make the steak perfectly in the airfryer as the fat doesn't drip off in a wood or gas grill. Stays with the meat so it's much juicier.
