of course there's some bad cops out there and the issue needs to be addressed but not everything is about damn race. there's far more black on black killings and good cops getting murdered in the line of duty but everyone seems to only focus on the black getting shot by a white. its ridiculous and the media does nothing but fan the flames

Im sincerely disheartened to hear of your beating at the hands of a group of ignorant vigilantes who were posing as cops , and dispite what u may believe about me I detest law enforcement officials who does this to anyone .What u experienced is called "profiling" due to a particular manner in which u like to wear your hair coupled with the way u dress . Minority communities deal with profiling a whole lot .

I hope the revelation of ur story was not to suggest that the target arrow of police brutality spins indiscriminately irrespective of color , caste or creed ? If that was your point , then let me say that nothing could be further from the truth as evidenced by multiple police depts across the nation are now under investigation by the D.O.J for targeting blacks and other minority groups for revenue generating citations not to mention the more serious felonious crimes .

Bottom line is this , police r rapidly beggining to see the communities they sworn to protect as enemies to the public policy , especially minority communities . If you've seen the latest incident of the high school kids at a pool party in a Texas neighborhood then u know what I mean . Of all the kids dispersing from that backyard (black and white) , why was it only the black teenagers being thrown to the the ground and having guns pointing at them ?

These a serious and pandemic type problem going on in this country right now and the only way to solve it is together . The architects/social engineers have infused a police state on us right before our eyes so I really don't have alot of time for those who defend the policing methods or attempt to misconstrue the issue by diverting it to saying how ALL the police aren't bad , which really isn't the point . And just because YOU got beat by a rouge group of white cops does NOT mean that there isn't systemic racism towards blacks and other minority built into standard policing operations . I don't call police racist because I naively believed they never gave a white an unmitigated beating .

Since I have been subjected to it myself I really don't need you to explain to me what "profiling" means. Honestly your statement kind of reminded me of those Captain Obvious commercials.

And it may not seem like a big deal to you but I couldn't tell you how many times I was pulled over for frivolous traffic stops and harassed over very minor matters. And why?

Simply because I was on an old motorcycle, and to some cops, anyone riding and wearing leather must be a 1% biker. When in reality they are 1% bikers because there really is so few of them. So once again it may not get as much attention as profiling blacks but it does also happen to some whites folks as well.

As far as that pool party in Texas is concerned, don't you think you are blowing it a tad bit out of proportion? Simply because you made it sound as if some type of **** Gastopo unit went marching into the pool party. When in fact it was one, just one, police officer out of the thirteen that were present that pulled one teenager to the ground and pulled his gun.

Don't get me wrong because what he did was horrendous and he, rightfully so, is no longer a police officer. Yet you kind of threw all of them under the bus I guess in attempt to make a point.

But then again you have no problem throwing police under the bus. After all I read statements on the forum where you threw the whole Baltimore City Police department under the bus.

You said to another forum member that he was wrong for making blanket statements when you yourself are guilty of it. Like this one, "Baltimore cops are very dirty." You didn't say they may be or some are dirty you just lumped them all together and claimed that they are all dirty.

You then stated, in an attempt to make your point, that Baltimore Police officers have plead guilty to dealing heroin. Which is in fact true. However, you made it sound as if whole precincts were involved when in reality out of the more than 3000 police officers in Baltimore it was exactly one cop that was busted for masterminding and running a major heroin ring. And guess what? He also happened to be black.

One out 3000 is such a small percentage that I don't even know how to write the number down. I just know that the number would start with a whole bunch of zeros.

You also claim as evidence that some lawyer has filed a class action law suit against the Baltimore City Police Department because of supposed wide spread false arrest being made. Honestly I have heard nothing about this and I really would like to read what you have on it.

But honestly even if it is true does it really come as any surprise that countless persons that have been charged with a crime are claiming that they have been set up? Hell, even I knew quite a few white dudes in my day that claimed they were innocent when even I knew otherwise.

With that said I am sure that there are some that are in fact innocent. I, unlike you, refuse to condemn a whole institution based on the rather flimsy evidence that you have provided.

You also made the following statement, "I really don't have alot of time for those who defend the policing methods or attempt to misconstrue the issue by diverting it to saying how ALL the police aren't bad." The issue I have with that statement is the fact that you are simply at the other end of the spectrum doing the same thing.

Have u ever been out with the fellas at a bar , nightclub or what have u , and one particular friend starts acting ****** . Maybe he's trying to start a fight or irritating some lady that doesn't want to be bothered . In these cases , someone among us will usually pull our lost friend aside and say hey , cut the s..t out ! Or something to that effect . My point is that someone prudent within the group will usually pull this (probably tipsy) friend aside and straighten him out before he ruins the night for everybody and give us all a bad name .

The primary issue I have with cops (and u should too if u were smart) is that they have serious mob mentality . In other words , the current of wrongdoing is so strong and infectious that once one starts cutting up , the others will either join in or sit back and watch which makes them complicit or too ****** to render fair judgement . YOU CANNOT BE NUETRAL ON A MOVING TRAIN !!! The tacit compliance is so terrible and the corruption so infectious that now we r seeing cops who unjustifiably shoot unarmed citizens (mostly ********** ) and when the partner gets out the car or arrives as backup he will immediately set the shooters mind at ease by letting him know he's there for him and will back any manufactured story he wants to tell .

Reverting back to the Texas pool party , as many cops who were on the scene by the time that brute threw that young girl to the floor and had his knees in her back , where were the GOOD COPS u always speak of who were willing to intervene in that unprovoked assault , and pull that brute off of her ? Where were your GOOD COPS who are willing to pull him aside and say hey u moron , put that dam gun away , these r harmless teenagers !

So in essence , the major difference between ur perception and mine is that when u look at that Texas incident , you see one bad apple gone awry surrounded by other righteous cops .
While I see a group of complicit maniacs who are allowing one among them to fully act out because either 1) they are too cowardly to take a stand for what is right (citizens rights) or 2) they r cut from the same cloth and r therefore fully complicit . They're are NO grey areas cause like I told your "Racist Brutality Sympathizing" azz before ; YOU CAN'T BE NEUTRAL ON A MOVING TRAIN .

Those cops must of beat u senseless for u to still be going around championing the cause for the "Good Cop" that's so hard to find . Even after a beating they still got u entangled and enthralled in their (good cop vs bad cop ) psychological deception . SMH .
